Mountain View Vacation Home with private hot tub.

This recently remodeled 1000 Sq. Ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features a King bedroom and second bedroom with queen bed. This home has 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower/tub combination and the other has a shower only.
The living area is equipped with a sofa sleeper, recliner, 32″ Flat screen TV, DVD player, gas fireplace, air conditioning, dinette set, and a full kitchen with a snack bar. Come and enjoy a private hot tub and the large wrap-around deck. Lake Estes is approximately 200 yards away with a walking trail that will guide you around the lake.

A one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee is applied at time of booking. Daily housekeeping service is available upon request. Parking is on Murphy’s Resort hotel grounds. Dog friendly, pet fee of $25 per pet, per night applies, no puppies please. No cats

Awesome location.

Love the location. Just a walk away from a lake and trail. Home was clean. Has tvs, kitchen, 2 rooms. Didnt use the hot tub, but that would have been nice.

Escaping the Heat

Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen needs help—more eating utensils and more powerful microwave. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as it is an ideal location.

This is a cozy place with a great view from the back deck . Unfortunately, the internet was not very strong but we had no other issues and would recommend this as a great little family place!

Great place

This was everything we needed for our first stay in Estes. Good, easy location. Comfy beds. Warm fireplace. Relaxing hot tub. We cooked a few meals and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for everthing you pack; ski's and such.

Husband, pup, and I stayed for a week. A hidden gem Very, very clean. A little bit hard to find if you're not familiar eith this end of yien, but pop into the ofgice and it will all make sense.

Quiet close to town

Quaint well arranged. Overall enjoyed the experience, kitchen had everything we needed on our 4 day stay. Quirky lighting though, could have used extra lamps. No grab bars in the main bathroom.

Great property!

We loved staying at Murphy's Resort. The yard games and playground were nice touches! We enjoyed our private hot tub as well as the hot tub on the property. While the pool was heated, it was a little too cold for us to swim. We all ended up using the same bathroom, because the 2nd shower was very small. Other than that, it was a great little house and very clean!

Great property in a fantastic location!!

It was a nice spacious house in such a great location. I was a little worried when I first saw the property on street view, but it turned out to be just fine. The central location in Estes Park worked out well for us. There were plenty of towels and other amenities. Sheets for the hide-a-bed would have been nice, and we probably could have got some if we had asked. The hot tub was such a great bonus. We used it nearly every night, and had plenty of room for 4 adults. We accidentally put it in ECO mode, but the manager responded quickly in getting that taken care of. They responded quickly every time I messaged them. We were treated to a herd of cow elk in the yard when we came back one evening, and they stayed there all night!! We would definitely stay there again!!

Exactly as advertised

Check in was easy, the place is very cozy and has a 2 way fire place (maybe add a curtain in the master bedroom to pull close for privacy), which is super easy to use since it’s gas operated and is on a timer just in case you or someone forgets, only downside is if your infant is walking they may come check that glass out, which does get hot. The front door lock also sometimes sticks, wasn’t a huge deal but I would tighten it up, lubricate it and ensure it locks and unlocks every time, it was at a 50/50 works doesn’t work ratio by the time I left.Still worth 5 stars as those are petty and small things to complain about compared to the space and views and hot tub and outdoor fireplace, well worth the price!

Pat and Melynn Murphy are transforming Estes Park resort property with an energetic and infectious spirit. A few years ago they purchased a rundown resort; re-named it Murphy’s River Lodge and renovated the property into one of Estes Park’s most popular lodgings.
In May, 2013 they acquired a second property and Murphy’s Resort is rapidly becoming a full service resort with pools, playgrounds, hot-tubs, affordable lodging, five vacation homes and wedding services.
The management staff is led by Bruce and Loretta Hetke, whose combined skills cover everything from construction to customer service. The entire staff is service based and anxious to insure that guests are properly welcomed to the Rocky Mountains and that their stay is memorable.
