Nice apartment

We moved from another place on short notice, and they were very accommodating. We visited Porto, Aviero, braga Arouca, 516 bridge and Gaia. It is located in a little town and is on a private street where we could park right in front. It was walking distance to restaurants and various things. Not a lot of businesses in the town but we purposely wanted a quiet place. The apartment was on the first floor, which is one up from the ground, and what was the equivalent of a house. Enjoyed our visit very much.

A lovely place in a nice village

The appartment is a whole first floor of a house (above the ground floor) with a private entrance. It is roomy and we could all have our own space. It was easy to park nearby. We found the neighbourhood to be charming and genuine. The weather in october was quite rainy so the host set up a heater and a dehumidifier for us which made things comfortable (the humidity is very high otherwise). The host was very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. You will need a car to get anywhere as well as to get groceries but there is a good supermarket in the next village, 5 mins away by car. There are tollroads nearby and you can easily get to Porto (about 35 mins) or for example Espinho (25 mins) with a great beach. We had a lovely time and we hope to come back to this village and house again.

Die separate Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoß des Hauses, die Vermieter wohnen darunter, so ist bei Bedarf schnelle Unterstützung gegeben. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche und angenehme Leute und sehr um das Wohl und den angenehmen Aufenthalt der Urlauber bemüht. Christina spricht als Fremdsprache französisch, allerdings wurde uns per Telefon auch auf deutsch und englisch weitergeholfen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr akurat und solide eingerichtet, sehr sauber und in der Küche ist zur Selbstverpflegung alles vorhanden.Die Lage außerhalb der Großstadt ist ideal: eine knappe halbe Stunde zum Baden nach Espinho und ebenso nach Porto oder Gaia. Außerdem gibt es genügend Unternehmungen (Walkways, Mühlen, Burgen u.a.) in der Umgebung.Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt in Louredo sehr gut gefallen! Wir bedanken uns bei Christina und ihrem Mann für die freundliche Aufnahme und die schöne Zeit dort!

Excellent!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gîte, situé à 30 minutes de Porto, dans un quartier très calme. L'accueil de Cristina est particulièrement chaleureux. La maison est très bien équipée, la literie est très confortable et tout est d'une propreté impeccable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci Cristina!

Super ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir möchten uns herzlich bei Familie Matos für den angenehmen Aufenthalt in der sehr geräumigen Ferienwohnung bedanken. Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und umsorgt. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Föhn, Waschmittel etc. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, aber trotzdem verkehrstechnisch gut erreichbar ((3Minuten zur Autobahn).

Très bon point de chute pour découvrir la région de Porto

Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire et sa famille. L'accès facile à l'autoroute nous a permis d'aller rapidement à Porto , de faire une belle excursion (voiture , bateau, train, voiture) dans la vallée du Douro , de découvrir la jolie et intéressante station balnéaire de Viana do Castelo . . Quel plaisir de déjeuner , au soleil, sur le petit balcon !

très bonnes appréciations

Nous avons été très bien reçus par Christina et son mari, avec une bouteille de porto. Des propriétaires très sympathiques et agréables parlant assez bien le français. La maison impeccable et ne manquant de rien, grand nombre de serviettes, douce, propre, ainsi que les couvertures. Dans la cuisine, grand nombre de plats, d'assiettes, d’accessoires, de casseroles. De même que dans la salle de bains. Depuis que nous voyageons dans plusieurs pays, c'est la première fois que nous trouvons une location dans laquelle il ne manque vraiment rien, même les produits de toilette et de nettoyage. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture de location facilement dans la rue sans issue devant la maison. Nous remercions Christina et son mari pour leur bon accueil et gentillesse, et nous leur souhaitons bonne continuation pour leurs futures locations. Marie-Thérèse, Odile, Christiane et Marie-Hélène

Lo que buscábamos

Alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Buscábamos un sitio cómodo y bien ubicado para visitar las principales ciudades del norte de Portugal y este lo ha sido. Los propietarios agradables y atentos a lo que necesitáramos; el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, y de sobra; ubicación tranquila pero a 5 minutos de la autopista más cercana y a 10 de varios supermercados y Oporto a apenas media hora. Un acierto.

Propriétaires très agréables, ne sachant quoi faire pour notre bien être. Maison de vacances spacieuse et très bien équipée, à un quart d'heure de Porto . Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Propriétaires serviables et attentionnés (toujours prêt à donner des idées de visites,...) Location ayant bon rapport qualité/prix. A proximité de Porto, la mer... grâce à l'autoroute proche mais que l'on entend pas.

Une location impeccable

Pour notre découverte de la moitié nord du Portugal, cet emplacement était parfaitement situé. Christina et Antonio sont des personnes en or qui ont veillé a ce que tous ce passe bien pour notre séjour de 15 jours. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.
