Quinta da Xistosa é um projeto criado pela família, para famílias e amigos! A oportunidade de torná-la num alojamento teve origem nas memórias de uma casa feliz, acolhedora e repleta e gargalhadas. O objetivo é que outras pessoas possam usufruir do espaço e trazer a vida de volta à Quinta. Queremos que os nossos hóspedes criem memórias com as suas famílias e amigos. Propriedade completamente privada com 1 hectare de terra virado para o Rio Douro, a 100 metros da Barragem de Crestuma/Lever, a cerca de 2 km dos Moinhos de Jancido, a Praia Fluvial de Crestuma fica apenas a 5 minutos de carro, na outra margem do rio e a Cidade do Porto, Património da Humanidade, está apenas a 10 minutos. A Quinta da Xistosa dispõe de 2 quartos com cama de casal, sala de estar e jantar com um sofá cama, uma casa de banho completa e uma cozinha totalmente equipada. Tem capacidade para receber 4 hóspedes (com possibilidade de incluir mais 2 pessoas em sofá cama, aconselhado para crianças). Tem um espaço exterior com vários terraços, comodidades para churrasco e "tanque" para banhos no verão. A Quinta da Xistosa é o seu lugar para criar e ficar na memória!

The house is lovely and super clean with beautiful well maintained landscaping. We look forward to staying here again for longer.

Excellent host and accommodation's! The pool was refreshing and great for a family. Very comfortable with all amenities! Would be an excellent place to celebrate an anniversary, birthday party or family reunion. Close to Porto (15 minutes by car).
