Great to by back in Altea

The apartment was as per description, location was perfect for our family as we where familiar with the area and wanted to walk in to Altea lavear. life guards where very friendly and pools great for all the family.

Excellent contemporary apartment. Very clean, spacious, private and well stocked. Interior very nicely furnished and comfortable. Good smart tv with access to all sky sports channels. The pools and gardens are excellent. A car is essential to access the local village and beach In the hotter

Très bel appartement spacieux et cosy, superbe terrasse, bien équipé et surtout très propre ; le plus propre que nous ayons eu depuis 10 ans que nous venons régulièrement en Espagne. A recommander donc aux familles qui ont de jeunes enfants. La résidence en elle-meme est bien entretenue, les piscines sont formidables et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Quelques points de vigilance : attention, le linge de lit et de toilette est en supplément, pas de plancha ni de barbecue, voiture indispensable car environs très pentus et pas de commerces accessibles à pieds aux alentours.

Superbe appartement

Appartement superbe et résidence de standing. Très calme. Un véhicule est indispensable mais tout se fait très rapidement malgré tout (accès à Calpe et Altea). Pour améliorer le confort, une plancha électrique (ou un petit barbecue) serait appreciable

Month stay

My wife and I stayed for 4 weeks at the property with our young Miniature Schnauzer. It was very quiet, we walked the dog every day around the area as they are not allowed on the grounds. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony overlooks the valley at the front of the building with views of the mountains in the distance. The beds are very comfortable, the place was clean. The village is a good 20 minutes walk away so we always used the car. The apartment is spacious and overall we had a great time.

We stayed for two weeks at this property in July, the apartment is lovely, it’s spotless clean and has everything you could need. The complex is also really nice, the pools are lovely and the views are spectacular. We will definitely be returning

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Muy amplio, bien cuidado y muy tranquilo. Apenas había gente en la urbanización por lo que se podía disfrutar de la piscina con total tranquilidad. Eso sí, imprescindible coche para poder ir a cualquier sitio

Tal cuál aparece en las fotografías. Zona muy tranquila, algo alejada de la playa (de piedra la de Altea), pero la urbanización está muy bien, con buenos jardines y poquita gente

Altea La Nova

Séjour familial (avec grands enfants) début août 2019. Résidence familiale très agréable, (trop ?) calme et bien entretenue équivalent un hôtel 4* Espagnol (sans les prestations hôtelières bien-sur). Appartement spacieux, grande terrasse sans vis à vis et vue dégagée. Belles piscines. Quoi que bien situé entre Calp et Bénidorm, Altea est à 15" en voiture ... Elle est indispensable ! Notre appréciation reste très positive et ensoleillé 😎
