This modern, well presented apartment, located next to the Yumbo Centre, provides you with all the services that you need to make it a home from home for your holiday in Playa del Ingles, Gran Canaria! The apartment has full air conditioning in the lounge and also the bedroom plus a modern remote controlled ceiling fan in the bedroom too. There is high speed fibre optic internet via Wifi in the property. The lounge has a large 4K Samsung flat screen television and offers a very wide selection of British channels including Sky, movies on-demand and series for free. Also, the TV system offers other language broadcasts including Spanish, German, French, Scandinavian, Dutch, and Russian etc. The modern kitchen was renovated in 2018 and has a dishwasher and washing machine. To save you bringing your own, beach towels and a beach throw are provided during your stay. All the bed linen in the apartment is 100% high quality white cotton. A summer-weight duvet is provided as standard with extra blankets and bed throws for the odd cooler night if required. The apartment has bedding changed on a weekly basis (for bookings of 10 nights or more). The apartment is located on the top floor and has uninterrupted views towards the sea. The balcony has a table and four comfortable chairs and is a great place to sit and relax with friends or a good book. The bedroom has two highly comfortable single beds 90x200 cm long which can be joined together with a huge mattress topper and converted into a super king-size bed (you must decide on the configuration when booking otherwise the room will be made up as a super king). The bathroom offers a shower, hand basin and WC. As a bonus, there is a large hot water tank so you won't run out during your shower! The apartment is located in a high standard building with two lifts up to the apartment. In the complex there is a large inviting swimming pool with plenty of sun beds around for use, plus a smaller children’s pool available with showers. Some pretty gardens surround the pool area. Access to the apartment from the street is either via steps or the disabled wheelchair ramp (also useful for wheeling luggage down to the entrance). All in all, a great holiday home.

Fantastic apartment, close to the Yumbo centre.

This apartment had everything I required for a comfortable stay. It was clean and modern, had a comfortable bed, nice kitchen area, air conditioning and even beach/pool towels were provided. The location, close to the Yumbo centre was great! There was good communication with the rental agency and I would definitely recommend this apartment as a place to stay.

Fantastic apartment

Beautiful, modern, clean and extremely comfortable apartment. All mod cons, everything you needed in the kitchen. We appreciated all the finer details the host thought of for our arrival: new toiletries in bathroom, drinks in fridge and best of all the Christmas tree in lounge and fairy lights on the spacious balcony was a beautiful touch. Communication with host was great!! We have been travelling to Playa Del Ingles for 20+ years and this apartment is the best we have ever had. Highly recommend it!!! Will definitely stay again and again!!

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Es ist mehr als ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und so Dinge wie Spülmaschinen-Tabs , Salz und Pfeffer usw. vorhanden. Handtücher von hervorragender Qualität, Bettwäsche und Handtücher würden nach 10 Tagen gewechselt. Einzig die Lage war uns etwas in der Nacht zu unruhig.

Fantastic

This lovely apartment has everything you will need for a comfortable holiday. Very clean and a well equipped kitchen with washer and dishwasher and all the cooking utensils to make meals. The pool is large enough to do laps and there are loads of sunbeds and umbrellas. There is everything on your doorstep from a supermarket downstairs to restaurants, bars, shops and ATMs all within a minutes walk.

Tolles Appartement mit Aussicht

Wir waren zu dritt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer war sehr bequem. Das Auszieh-Sofa im Wohnzimmer wurde sehr schön zu einem fast Doppelbett hergerichtet und war auch sehr bequem. In der Küche war alles da was man so braucht. Das Badezimmer war modern mit großer Dusche (nur ein Fön hat gefehlt). In beiden Zimmern ist eine Klimaanlage verbaut. Im Schlafzimmer zusätzlich ein Ventilator an der Decke (was ich persönlich angenehmer finde). Der Balkon ist sehr groß und bietet Platz für 4 Personen zum gemütlichen Abendessen (morgens hat der Balkon volle Sonne, sodass es zum frühstücken etwas zu heiß ist.). Marco hat uns beim Einchecken begrüßt und uns die Schlüssel übergeben. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und stand für Fragen während der Woche immer zur Verfügung. Parkmöglichkeiten findet man genügend in den umliegenden Straßen.
