Very quiet complex for the 2 week stay. located good for us as enjoy walking into the dunes and maspalomas and Melanores past the nature reservation bird watching. Good location to bus stop to trip into playa del ingles and further afield. We loved the amenities around local bar restaurants recommend The Bamboo garden and Brocamar 2. Drank in Cleopatras served by The owner Anthony and son Jonathon. very friendly. Good Dino Supermarket all at the Shopping Centre. We will be back very good host and bungalow as advertised first class.

Bungalows conforme à l’annonce, cuisine bien équipée, lit très confortable. Environnement calme. Tout était parfait. Point d’amélioration : un ou deux torchons supplémentaires auraient été appréciable ainsi qu’un équipement pour pauser ses affaires dans la douche.( Il y avait un panier dans le meuble de la salle de bain mais inutilisable, ventouse cassée) ainsi qu’une patère pour accrocher les serviettes et un dérouleur de papier wc Le sèche linge aurait également besoin d’un nettoyage.

Hervorragend - wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollem Umfang genossen. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir unseren Gastgeber/Vermieter; er hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat mit einer Lösung an unserer Seite. Das Appartement ist für zwei Personen ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. In der Woche hatte man den Pool fast alleine-am We waren einige Einheimische vor Ort, so dass die Geräuschkulisse etwas erhöht war. Durch die gut gesicherte Anlage und das gesicherte Appartement fühlte man sich durchweg sicher wir können das Appartement/Anlage jederzeit empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder

Bij aankomst warme ontvangst door Jeremiah. De woning (nr 161) was kraaknet, trendy en hyper uitgerust. Startproducten voor keuken en badkamer. Prima locatie, het is er rustig, parking vlakbij, zwembad en bar. Supermarkt, restaurant en café op 150m. Strand op 20' wandelen. Prijs-kwaliteit een topper.

Un logement parfait au calme

Tout a été parfait, comme d'habitude. Le propriétaire toujours à l'écoute et réactif. Logement propre et totalement conforme à l'annonce dans une résidence familiale à l'écart de l'hyper centre bruyant. Rien à redire, on y reviendra c'est sûr.

Schöner Urlaub…

Kommunikation mit Vermieter yeremay und seiner Frau hat trotz Sprachbarriere gut geklappt. Beide sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist technisch sehr gut ausgestattet, im Küchenbereich auch gut, der Grill auf der Terrasse ist super und kam einige Male zum Einsatz, das Bad ist auch toll. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, täglich wurden Garten- und Reinigungsarbeiten durchgeführt, Straßenlärm braucht man nicht befürchten. Shoppingcenter Faro 2 ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, hier gibt’s auch einen Supermarkt und Fahrradverleih (Pub und Restaurant haben wir nicht besucht). Bushaltestelle ist auch in der Nähe, wir waren jedoch mit Auto/Fahrrad unterwegs, da es am Strand/den Dünen von Maspalomas kaum Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt, ein schöner Urlaub! Vielen Dank

Nice tiny, house

Yeremay is a very uncomplicated, friendly guy and totally open-minded. The house is very well equipped with wifi, washing machine and a dishwasher. A supermarket is about 5 min walk away. The house is located in a beautiful area, all the people are super friendly. I would recommend this house if you are looking for a quiet area - no noise. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Lovely bungalow - it is very well equipped on a well kept and quiet complex. Great pool. Close access to supermarket and a bar and a good restaurant otherwise 5 € taxi to most places. Highly recommended.

El bungalow es tal cual reflejan las fotografías, super bien equipado y en un entorno tranquilo. Con supermercado cercano. La piscina del complejo está muy bien. El propietario es muy atento y disponible para cualquier necesidad. El único "pero" es que está algo lejos de la playa para ir caminando.

Modern and stylish (i.e. very nicely renovated) bungalow in an older (70s/80s) resort-style complex typical for Campo Internacional/Maspalomas. The bungalow was spotlessly clean and contained everything one might need during a self-catering holiday stay. Effortless and smooth contact with the nice and friendly owner. Whether it's quiet or not depends on the neighbour(s) - typical for such a resort setting and beyond the reach of the owner. - Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay there.

Desde luego que no nos equivocamos al venir a éste alojamiento, limpio, ordenado, con todo tipo de utensilios y detalles. La verdad, parecía que estábamos en una casa de lujo, super cuidada, de diseño, cama cómoda... desde luego que super recomendable, no perdáis la oportunidad de quedaros aquí. El trato con el propietario fué excelente, flexible al entrar y al salir, siempre atento... experiencia de 10

Just spent two lovely weeks at this great property. It was secure and safe,great location. Bus stops a few minutes walk away, great for getting to other places. Supermarket, bars and restaurants 2 minutes walk around the corner. The property was spotless,and everything you could think of was there. The kitchen is like being in your own home , good to have a proper sized fridge/freezer, Plenty of wardrobe space,and suitcase storage. Comfortable spacious bed,lovely feather pillows. Great power shower,and good powerful hairdryer. Big comfortable sofa. Very good wi fi connection. All in all great holiday,would recommend this property to anyone, well worth it.
