Located on the coast in Punta Sur this custom luxurious home is the perfect place to enjoy the cool breezes and turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean Ocean.

Whether enjoying your morning coffee, an afternoon margarita or an evening glass of wine, the views of the Caribbean are spectacular!

This beautiful Mexican style house will meet all your needs, with a large kitchen, entertainment center, WIFI Internet throughout, washer/dryer, barbecue, indoor and outdoor dining areas, all beds are king-sized beds, private bathrooms for each bedroom, large HEATED infinity pool ( between November and March only - 85 deg F) with sun shelf, hot tub and much more.

The three private master suites upstairs have unobstructed ocean views, and each suite has its own entrance to provide ultimate privacy. Each suite is also equipped with its own mini-fridge, microwave and coffee pot, for the convenience of our guests.

A huge Master suite is downstairs and also has a full view of the Caribbean. There is also a secondary bedroom with a private bath downstairs.

All linens, towels, cooking and eating utensils are furnished...no need for you to bring anything but your swimsuit and flip flops!

Isla Mujeres is a quick ferry ride from Cancun. The Island is small, quaint and beautiful! There are many things to do including pristine beaches, snorkeling, diving, deep-sea fishing, a turtle farm, in season whale shark tours and dolphin swim. Hidalgo street offers shopping and restaurants serving all types of cuisine. There is also plenty of night life, from street entertainers to night clubs with live music and dancing.

Isla Mujeres is only 5 miles long and transportation is easy, just call a taxi or rent a moped or golf cart.

Additional Amenities: Our professional management company is more than happy to recommend private transfers to and from the airport with an English speaking driver. They can arrange to pre-stock your pantry and refrigerator prior to your arrival, rent a golf cart, arrange for a local personal chef, swim with whale sharks (July - September), book world-class sports fishing on boats complete with professional crews, etc..., all for a nominal fee. Just ask!

COVID UPDATE: While we understand covid is a serious issue unless travel bans are in place all Casa de Cinco Caballos Cancellation Policies will remain in full effect. Please read them carefully. For your convenience they are listed below. By blocking your travel dates you agree to all conditions of our renters agreement and this notice. If in the case that travel bands are in place, the option of a full refund or rescheduling will be given. We highly recommend travelers attain travel insurance in case they cannot travel due to covid issues other than travel bans. Casa de Cinco Caballos is not responsible for "traveler uncertainty" or for individual members of your party who cannot travel.

Cancellation Policy:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, no refund.

RESCHEDULING - We will allow only 1 change in scheduling under the following policies:
1.) 31 days or more prior to your original booking, no fee.
2.) If you reschedule between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of your payment will be forfeited even if you cancel at a later date.
3.) No rescheduling or cancelation between 14 days and your arrival date.

US Travel restrictions - The US as of March 2022 has lifted all travel restrictions.
