Guests can enjoy our infinity pool (heated in the winter months), 2 living rooms with smart TVs and streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen, fully stocked bathrooms, an office with printer, WiFi, AC, and other essential amenities during their stay. Experience a marvelous retreat in this enchanting villa on the south end of Isla Mujeres, which is far enough away from the noisy downtown, yet close enough to everything. Walk along the water's edge, or to Punta Sur, or to the nearby beach clubs and restaurants. Observe the dolphins, turtles, egrets, and iguanas that live and migrate passed our house. Why they chose this property
The location of our home is perfect! It faces the open Caribbean Sea with mesmerizing views and soft summer breezes. Watch the ships pass by, the birds soar above, dolphins or turtles swim off the shore, listen to the waves break on the rocks, and hear the palm trees sway. Being on the southern end of the island, it is tranquil, tropical, and private- a place where you can escape. Yet, our home is close enough to everything the island has to offer in just a short walk or short golf cart ride.
