Great stay

Highly recommend if you are staying in Portugal. Lovely property, great communication with Irene, very helpful on recommendations and beds were super comfy. Rooftop was a nice plus when it was warm for coffee.

Good stay in Porto

The accommodations were exactly as advertised. There is only one full bathroom so that was a little bit of a challenge for 4 adults. The walk to town is about 30 minutes - so not totally centrally located - - - but overall a good experience.

My dear guests, thanks for your honesty. In fact that amazing apartment has 2 bathrooms or 1 and 1/2 as US named it. We never said we have 2 showers as we have in other apartments. Using two showers with a domestic equipment like this would require you use it in different time. But yes we understand your desire. Forgive me but I have to correct : to get the city centre you only require 15 minutes walking, only if you want to go down the river it is 30 minutes. Ribeira is not the centre is the place where everyone wants to go. Of course you are not in the very heart of the city for the good and the worst. The properties in Antero de Quental are part of Historic Centre by the way. Kind regards and a Happy new Year. Irene

Irene was very accommodating host. Pumctual and walked through the home to show us everything. Restaurants and grocery store.suggestions were provided without even asking. I asked about beaches and responded quickly with suggestion. Thank you for the hospitality.

Fantastic Apartment

Four of us enjoyed this great condo in an area just outside the main downtown area of Porto. Well equiped and spacious with a nice rooftop patio. Irene was a great host and communicated well with great restaurant recommendations as well. Would definetly return here again. The attached garage was a great benefit as we had a rental car.

Great property

We had a wonderful stay in Irene’s apartment. She was lovely and great to deal with. The apartment was very clean and modern and felt practically new. Whilst it is a bit of a walk from the centre an Uber/taxi is quick and cheap.

Really nice apartment. Garage is convenient if you arrive with a car in Porto. Not super well located in the city. If you plan to use the kitchen be aware that it misses all the basic tools so that you can prepare meals. Not even a cutting board. Good for breakfast and pre-prepared meals, that’s it.

Our list is composed by a cutting board which exist in every apartments Urban Views and if for some reason it disappears I have new ones in stock, forks for bread and other cuts, 1 or 2 larger spoons, a tong, a strainer, different kind of pans, a bowl... Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was fantastic. Beautiful, clean, roomy, well stocked kitchen. The attached garage was roomy & clean. Irene was easy to get ahold of just really lovely to deal with. We found two good restaurants near by, Agustos and Santos. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

A very nice apartment. We had a very good time in this well decorated and equiped apartment and enough space for the 4 of us. The host was lovley. The 20 to 30 minutes walk down to Porto downtown was a good exercise after a fine dinner in Porto.

Super nice flat in Porto

We had a 3 nights stay in Irene’s flat and it was wonderful. You just have everything you need plus you can enjoy the terrace at the end of the day. Just 15mns by walk to the city center and shops around (bakery, supermarket). My friend and I really recommend this one!!!

Pristine and well appointed apartment

Irene is a wonderful host. Along with a thorough overview of the apartment, she provided several suggestions for restaurants and how to travel using the local transit system. The apartment was beautiful. The bedrooms, baths and living area are bright, cheering and well decorated. We even spent some time on the rooftop deck (when it was not raining LOL). Two final bonuses were the garage and the laundromat in the same building. The apartment has a washer/dryer, but it was convenient to use the full size appliances in the laundromat. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Clean Porto Apartment

Super clean and modern apartment located about 1.5 miles from the river. Private garage with a key fob entry. Host easily accommodated us dropping bags off ahead of check in, allowing us to leave them secured in the garage. Check in was super easy, she just remotely opened the garage for us, no meeting required. Beds very comfortable, with working ac in both bedrooms. The apartment is split into 3 levels: garage and washing machine on ground level, up a short flight the full bathroom and two bedrooms, 2nd floor has half bath, kitchen, and living room, then up one more flight to the roof. Rooftop has furniture and cushioned couch, great for enjoying an evening glass of wine. We had a small issue with the drain of the full bath sink getting stuck, but our host was super responsive and had someone fix it by the time we returned that afternoon. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!
