Logement très bien placé mais ancien (surtout la salle de bain) et très
Très bel emplacement face a la mer et tous les restaurants au pied de l'immeuble.
Environnement trop bruyant.
Pub ouvert jusqu'à 3 heures du matin.
Travaux dans la rue comme tous les ans.
La salle de bain à refaire.
