Beautifully furnished villa in a quiet location (1000m2 complete privacy) with view of the valley and the mountains. Driveway with carport and space for 3 cars. By car 5 minutes from the center of the idyllic Jalon - Xaló. In Jalon you will find several cozy bistros, restaurants and terraces. Every Saturday morning in Jalon de Rastro takes place; a well-known antique / flea market where people come from far and wide. The house is centrally located on the Costa Blanca in the Jalonvallei, with several nice villages in the vicinity. Furthermore, 20 to 30 minutes (by car) from numerous seaside resorts such as Calpe, Dénia, Moiraira, Javéa, ... Halfway between Valencia and Alicante. Perfect location for hikers and cyclists, golf courses in the vicinity. The house has a spacious living room, spacious kitchen with all necessary kitchen equipment, 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds that can be placed together, a bathroom with toilet and a shower room with toilet. The large garden has an outdoor kitchen with bbq, gas fire and fridge / freezer, the swimming pool (non-heated) is 5x10 meters (swimming with view of the mountains), storage room with toilet at the pool. Garden furniture is provided on all sides of the house; tables and chairs, a lounge set, cozy seating areas ... At the swimming pool you have 6 sunbeds. Furthermore, the house has internet (Wifi) and satellite TV TV Vlaanderen. This property is also advertised as a home for 4 to 10 people. Both apartments are never rented separately; if the house is rented up to 6 people (apartment 1 - upstairs) the 'underbuild' is not rented so that you enjoy complete privacy.
In the winter months from October to March, heating costs are settled via the deposit.
For hibernators (monthly rentals from early November to the end of March), we are happy to make a customized offer.

Great holiday

This villa is very good , with fantastic views . It was spotless clean and well aquipt Only one drawback , it is high up a mountain and up a track it was not possible for us to walk to the village .

Fantastic Holiday

Just had 2 weeks at Casa Marron, Some of the things we loved were. Easy check in/out and friendly greeting with Maaike, wonderful views from elevated location ( car essential), well equipped with quality items, really good sized usable pool, varied and plentiful outside seating areas, peacefulness, ceiling fans, decent wifi, good bathrooms with superb showers. We would definitely stay again

Autumn half term holiday

Gorgeous Casa, we loved it and has the most spectacular views. I will miss the mountains with my morning coffee. Everything was great, we loved it. The pool was bracing 😁.

Wonderful property!

This gem of a Villa was everything we could have asked for! The location is just beautiful with stunning views, the pool was wonderful, my two boys would have stayed in there for the whole week if I hadn’t prized them away for explore the area!! There really is everything you could wish for in this Villa, real home from home Villa! We will definitely be back!

Traditional Spanish villa from the 1980s which has been sympathetically updated while maintaining the original features. The central heating and log burner were valuable extras for a winter stay. We had mostly sunny weather but it was much colder the second week. The solar panels provided plenty of electricity for our needs without any problems. Had a great time with family members in a spectacular setting, many thanks

Dream villa

Stayed in Jalon valley many times but this has to be up there with the best villas we have stayed in . It has absolutely everything and more , superb clean pool great views loads of seating areas , loads of storage cutlery in abundance you really couldn’t ask for more ,high up in the hills so a car is a must as is anywhere in the Jalon valley to be honest , lovely touch by owners leaving a little welcome pack aswell , a must for anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday great chilled out restaurants and bars Thank you so much for letting us share this lovely villa

Great Hosts & Superb Villa

Modern & extremely well equipped villa with wonderful pool & superb views of the Jalon valley ! The owners are friendly & hands-on (we had a huge storm with a lightening strike that blew the TV & wifi. Everything was sorted / replaced within 24 hours. As a landlord myself I appreciated how helpful & hands on the owners were & their attention to detail & helpfulness was second to none.

Magnifique villa

Casa Marron est une villa magnifique. On s'y sent tout de suite chez soi. L'accueil chaleureux de Maaike y est aussi pour quelque chose. Elle est adorable. L'atout principal de la villa est bien sûr la splendide piscine qui offre une superbe vue sur les montagnes et la nature. La villa possède également une belle terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée. Casa Marron est très bien équipée, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Toutefois, ce serait quand même top s'il y avait l'airco dans le salon. Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines à Casa Marron que nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier et nous envisageons déjà d'y retourner l'année prochaine. Donc merci à Suze et Jan pour nous avoir permis de séjourner dans leur villa.

Fantastisch verblijf in een schitterende villa in de Jalonvallei

Mijn familie en ik hebben een onvergetelijke 2 volle weken doorgebracht in deze prachtige chalet. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons welkom en thuis. De villa is ruim, smaakvol ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken die je maar kunt wensen. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is adembenemend. We hebben vele avonden doorgebracht met het genieten van de zonsondergang en de serene omgeving. De privézwembad was een absoluut hoogtepunt, perfect voor een verfrissende duik op warme dagen. De locatie is ideaal, gelegen in een rustige buurt maar toch dichtbij allerlei voorzieningen zoals supermarkten, restaurants en stranden. We hebben ook genoten van dagtochten naar nabijgelegen steden en bezienswaardigheden, wat onze vakantie nog specialer maakte. De eigenaren behulpzaam, altijd beschikbaar voor vragen. Hun aandacht voor detail en zorg voor het huis is duidelijk zichtbaar en draagt bij aan de algehele fantastische ervaring. Ik kan deze villa ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een rustige en ontspannen vakantie in de Val de Pop. We kunnen niet wachten om terug te komen! Suze & Jan hartelijk dank en zeker tot de volgende 👊

Parfait

Noys avons passé un très agréable séjour à la Casa Marron. Conforme aux photos, rien ne manque. La maison est bien équipée, chouette cuisine extérieure, piscine top. Jan et Suze sont très réactifs aux messages et l'accueil par Maaike est parfait. Dans les terres, mais pas très loin de la mer, au calme, la villa est bien située et la vue juste magnifique. Nous y retournerons volontier.

Lovely Property

We have just come back from a lovely stay at this property. Owners were really friendly and easily contactable/responsive. Property had everything that we needed, pool area and outside kitchen were fantastic. The property is up a fairly steep hill about 20 minutes walk into the village so car is essential . Would stay here again!

Excellentes vacances

La villa possède une vue splendide et dégagée sur les montagnes et nous n’oublierons pas les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse en hauteur offrant cette belle sensation de plénitude sans vis à vis. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté des lieux, et la disponibilité du linge de lit et des serviettes. L’accueil par Maaike et la disponibilité de Suze et Jan à tout moment sont des plus rassurants. Mais ce que nos enfants ont préféré c’est la superbe piscine😉 Il est vrai que la villa est un peu éloignée des plages, 25 min environ, mais la route pour s’y rendre est si dépaysante que celle-ci ne nous a pas gênés. Nous reviendrons dès qu’il le sera possible, après 2 semaines passées à la Casa Marron nous y avons pris quelques habitudes !

Beautiful villa!

We had a lovely stay in Casa Marron. The house is just as beautiful as in the photos, with great views of the valley and a great pool, balcony, outside grill and garden. Jan and Suze were helpful and responsive hosts and check in/out with Maaike was simple and friendly. Would love to visit again!
