Was very clean and had everything you need my only complaint was that it was a distance from beach, pictures and explanation of this makes it seem like a stroll to beach it is not. Also our WiFi was out but luckily we had a tech nerd in our group that figured it out because without him no Internet for 1/2 the trip.
