Simply a fantastic vacation – it hardly gets any better than this.

Wonderfully located and very stylishly furnished small apartment, perfectly suited for a family of four. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, just a few minutes’ walk to a private bay with crystal-clear water or to the pools of the resort. The restaurant in Capo d'Arco was also perfetto – we dined there five times during our two-week stay.Paolo and her husband are truly outstanding hosts – incredibly friendly, always helpful, and always approachable. We’re very happy to have met them and will definitely be back someday!

Nice location near to the beach

Nicly furnished apartment with maritime decoration. Just some steps down to the beach, that is only used from residents of the private department, therefore wasnt very full, even august. The water is very clear there, perfect for snorkeling. Its also possible to use one of the pools near the location. The near porto Azzuro is also very nice. But you definetly need a care to getting there, because its a bit away from everything else. Therefore pretty calm and relaxing.

Very nice flat in a very nice area

We had a very nice stay for a week in august. Flat is well equipped with a super terrace. The flat is in an exclusive closed area where only inhabitants can enter which makes it nicely calm and Not crowded. Beach small but good for snorkeling. Sweet water and Salt water pool very nicely located above sea. Nice Restaurant. For supermarket you need to drive 10 minutes. Thanks Paola for the nice stay

Bezaubernde Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in toller Umgebung - Very nice holidays in a great environment

I try to do my best for my guests to have a very nice staying in Elba. We are in the middle of nature but very close to villages , everything is nice and easy, the place is very well organized , perfect for families where children can go around by themselves without any kind of danger so that they and their parents feel free and enjoy his vacation. Elba itself is just a little Paradise

This year there was a delay of one week for the opening of the sea swimming pools , beach and volley field as unfortunately this winter there had been a terrible sea tempest which destroyed everything by the sea,: beach , swimming pools, restaurant, beach volley field and there was a delay in having permission for the rebuilding which caused the finishing of reconstruction one week later. The little shop is meant for little shopping as there are supermarkets in Porto Azzurro at 10 minutes away where to do big shoppings. We are in a wonderful huge private Mediterranean natural park, with many paths to go on foot or biking, of course it is not , fortunately !, too much civilized !but where our apartment and all the common parts are, everything is very neat ..

Gerne wieder!

sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, schöne Aussicht, top Anlage!

Absolut empfehlenswert.
