This is our second stay at the villa. We had a fabulous holiday. The location is great so close to several beaches and amenities. Fransisco was vèry helpful and responded very quickly to my many quieres.

Great stay

We had a lovely weeks holiday in the villa. An ideal location and the villa and pool were great. Francisco was very helpful but not intrusive. We would certainly go to the villa again.

Appalling!!!

The villa was not what we expected. there were a load very small single beds in each rooms, with very substandard bed linen and towels. We were asked to leave all windows open day and night. There was a building site behind us which was very loud. We could hear people coming home late at night then lots of noise from the bin lorry early in the morning. We had a toddler with us. We had to pay to move to another villa.

Hello Teresa, Five adults and one girl came. We put in the house 6 beds of 2 meters long by 0.90 m, and five beds of 1.8 X 0.90. I don't know what fabrics you like, but the sheets are good, and from a French brand recognized "Naf naf" of 100% cotton. I don't understand anything. This house is between chalets. It is a residential urbanization. And it is very quiet. One day a neighbor may be late, or an older garbage truck may pass and maybe you can hear a little, but it doesn't last long. Depending on how well you sleep. My family, who live in the house next door, did not hear anything, and we slept with the windows open. As in all places, sometimes there is a construction and nobody can control it. They made noise for a couple of hours and there was no more. I think you made a very bad and rash decision. You only stayed one night. I've been renting with very happy people for five years and no one has ever commented on anything you say. The truth is that I did not understand your decision, nor do I understand this comment at all. All the best Francisco

Estáncia agradable

La vivienda dispone de un salón amplio y una cocina espaciosa muy bien dotada en lo que respecta al menaje.el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente detalle que agradecemos por el fuerte calor que hizo en los días que estuvimos . Creemos que deben reponer el mobiliario de la piscina pues se encontraba en malas condiciones.la wifi solo funcionaba correctamente cuando te colocabas muy cerca del reuter. Pensamos que deberian poner cortinas en las ventanas del apartamento independiente del al edificio principal.Francico y señora muy amables. En general creemos que el mantenimiento de la vivienda debería mejorar , pero para pasar unos dias está muy bien s muy cerca dellreuter.

Het was niet zo heel erg schoon toen we aankomen, hebben eerst schoongemaakt toen we aankwamen. Huis zag eruit zoals op de foto’s. Eigenaar was optijd bij aankomst, was ook goed bereikbaar toen we zonder warm kraanwater zatenen werd gelijk opgelost.

Cosas negativas: Todos los veranos hay un fin de semana con un campeonato nacional de balonmano playa y la zon está masificada. A parte te quitan casi toda la playa. Mirar cuando se celebra. La zona tiene pocos bares y restaurantes La casa necesita más luces en los baños y AIRE ACONDICIONADO Lo demás todo genial

Ya se fue la gente del torneo nacional de balomano que provocó masificación en una de las playas, y la ola de calor que afectó a toda España. Volvemos a estar en la Zenia como siempre, tranquilos y de temperatura super a gusto. Aclaraciones: Hay muchos restaurantes, que están a partir de las dos entradas a la urbanización . !Menos mal que no están todos enfrente de la playa! Todos los años lo que se hace es un mini torneo, para cualquiera que quiera jugar, de voleibol que dura un día o dos, pero no afecta nada. El torneo Nacional de Balomano se celebra cada año en un sitio diferente. A mi me gustó mucho ver a tantos chicos y chicas jóvenes dedicados y encantados con el deporte. Atendiendo a tu consejo, probaré unas bombillas de más intensidad por si quedan mejor. Que paseis un muy buen año, Un saludo, Francisco

La villa est bien situé, grande et spacieuse nous étions 10 personnes, la piscine très propre de plus ils sont venu la nettoyer 2 fois sur notre séjour c’est top. Nous avons passer un agréable séjour proche de la mer et du supermarché et du centre commercial la Zenia. Juste le petit bémol lorsque nous avions mis la musique les Proprietaires sont venu nous demander de baisser le sons alors que celui-ci était déjà assez bas tant dis que nous entendions la musique des autres villla mais en soit ils sont super gentille et disponible à n’importe quelle moment. Villa à conseillé.

The Return to Paradise

We arrived, we left, my family cried and we returned for 2 more weeks. Do i have to say more! Fransisco and his lovely surf family THEY are LA Zenia Beach. The house is like back in 1970. So coool house. The hole Area, la zenia and cabo roige. Dont miss it.

Super Location

A magnificant house. The area is fantastic. Like a paradise. And the owner Fransisco is great, helped us with everything. The big kitchen invites to many happy dinners. The pool is Fantastic. And beaches 50 meters away. Dont miss it.
