Marvelous location, Gorgeous Apartment

Gorgeous apartment, close to shopping Vasco de Gama center, the Oceanarium, Oriente Train Station, and the Airport (10 min). Salasmith is a very attentive host and easy to communicate with.

Nobel apartment - parque das nacoes

High resolution video/audio camera inside the apartment at entry hall pointed towards main door. VRBO’s policy is that surveillance devices, which use any form of capture device such as a camera or an audio recorder, can’t be used inside of a property. We were not made aware of the surveillance device prior to entering the property. We complained directly to the host, who was clearly annoyed. Nonetheless, we advised the host that such a surveillance video/audio device was unacceptable as it violated our privacy, and we proceeded to switch off the device. Poor window soundproofing allowing external noise from railroad trains (every 5-10 mins) from 06h00-23h00 Property amenities state “beach view.” This should read “partial river view” Host was intrusive and over-communicated. Since arriving at the property, we received more than 20 WhatsApp messages from the host, some of them in a very direct tone. On the positive side, the hosts did allow us to check in earlier than the official check in time. We reciprocated by checking out earlier than the official time.

Close to Orienta Train Station, Vasco de Gama shopping center, the oceanarium and more. Beautifully decorated, very secure, good neighborhood. Host is excellent!

Una muy buena opción para disfrutar de Lisboa

A resaltar la ubicación del apartamento, a excasos 5 minutos de la Estación de Oriente, en una zona del Parque de las Naciones que invita al paseo y el disfrute del Centro Comercial Vasco de Gama, con numeros restaurantes en proximidad. El apartamento dispone de plaza de garaje, imprescindible en Lisboa, para los que se desplacen en automovil. El equipamiento del apartamento es completo tal y como figura en las referencias. La comunicación con la propietaria de 10 sobre 10, tanto las indicaciones para el check-in como el check-out perfectas. Muy de agradecer su amabilidad y disponibilidad.
