If you need to rest in a magic place, enjoying a quiet, wild and not contaminated landscape, with a wonderful sea at walking distance, this is your place! Two rooms, a living room and triple terrace, one on the entrance side and two (on two levels) on the front sea side. The house is fully equipped, so there's anything you need for a pleasant and relaxed sea holiday. Two restaurants at walking distance. Sant'Antioco town, with a nice touristic harbor, archeological sites, concerts and cultural events in the evening, is 15 minutes by car. I'm italian, but speak fluent English and Chinese. Welcome!

Triple terrace, one on two levels facing the sea and one in the entrance with private space for cars, the cottage consists of two rooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Located in a private and no longer buildable property, overlooking the sea and without buildings between you and the coast, it allows you to enjoy unforgettable sunsets directly from the terrace, while dining or enjoying an aperitif. Beach and smooth rocks within walking distance, bays and gulfs from which to dive without ever having to take the car, tennis court and bowls. Two restaurants within walking distance and Sant'Antioco village 15 minutes away by car. The house is equipped with all the necessary comforts to enjoy a splendid beach holiday in total relaxation. Welcome!

Die Untetkunft hatte eine tolle Lage. Der Blick auf das Meer war wunderschönen. Aber das Haus war recht abgewohnt und auch nicht wirklich sauber. Ich hätte mir etwas Besserers für diese Bewertung gegewünscht.

Alles wunderbar; schöner Ausblick; kurzer Abstieg zu einer kleinen aber feinen Badebucht; Im Haus alles vorhanden was man braucht; Ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen hat aber seinen Charme und ist gut gepflegt; in der vorsaison sehr ruhig gelegen; kommunikation mit vermieterin völlig unkompliziert; für ruhesuchende sehr zu empfehlen

Ausblick und Lage umwerfend

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer kleinen Privatanlage, sehr ruhig (Anfang Oktober). Es ist für 4 Personen geeignet, sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Matratzen der Betten müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Terrasse mit Meerblick ist der Hammer! Dee Weg zum Campingplatz/Beachbar/Trattorioa/Strand ist steil und steinig (feste Schuhe!), aber dafür kurz. Man ist aber in 15 Minuten auch außen rum gelaufen. Die Gegend ist ruhig, wer Action sucht ist hier falsch. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne einsame Buchten, die man zu Fuß erkunde, erklettern und erschnorcheln kann. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Bella casa, ben attrezzata, posto incantevole vista e tramonti favolosi! Consigliato per chi cerca un posto tranquillo e con un mare stupendo. L' unica pecca manca l'aria condizionata che in alcune sere sarebbe servita però in generale è ben ventilato!

Splendido terrazza sul mare

Appartamento ottimo, con metratura ampia soprattutto esterna, terrazza grande su due livelli con grande tavolo sdraio lettini e doccia, camera 1 normale, la seconda piccola ma ci sta. Il bagno è davvero vecchio così come in genere impianti elettrici mobilio ecc ma nulla che impatta in maniera considerevole sulla qualità della vacanza. Bisogna avere la macchina sì possono scoprire tutte le calette vicine e non è prendere il posto come punto di partenza. Non c'è molto intorno ed è il suo bello solo il market del camping e il ristorantino sul mare Mario e Pinella molto buono

Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Ferienlage, etwas schwer zu finden, aber dann mit traumhaften Ausblick! Es ist alles vorhanden, was Mensch so braucht. Für die Kommunnikation vor Ort sollte man ein paar Worte Italienisch sprechen. Für uns war der Platz so ausreichend, da unsere 3 Kinder noch recht klein sind. Wer ein großes Platzbedürfnis hat, sollte nach etwas Größeren Ausschau halten. Die Terasse mit Außendusche ist top, der Fußweg zum strand etwas steil, dafür kurz. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Een privé paradijs

Heerlijk huis, van alle gemakken voorzien, op een fantastische plek met uitzicht op zee. Altijd een verkoelende zeebries op het mooie terras. Vanuit het huis wandel je over rotspaadjes naar verschillende stranden en duik je zo de zee in. Vriendelijke ontvangst door aardige mensen. Het is ook leuk om de omgeving te verkennen; Sant'Antioco ligt op 15 minuten rijden en is een leuk stadje met regelmatig festivals en goede supermarkten. Voor ons is dit het mooiste deel van Sardinië!

Vacanza all'insegna del relax in un contesto paesaggistico tra i più belli della Sardegna

L'appartamento è dotato di tutte le comodità/ necessità per un soggiorno piacevole. Particolarmente suggestivo è l'affaccio sul mare del terrazzo dal quale si potranno, tra l'altro, immortalare tramonti indimenticabili.
