About this property

Villa La Graja by Huskalia | private pool

Private villa with a heated saltwater pool, beautiful outdoor spaces and views of the Tajogaite volcano. Sleeps 4 people.

Welcome to Villa La Graja, where comfort and modern design come together in one space. The perfect place to unwind, enjoy the sun and watch the sunset from outdoor areas made for open-air living. The highlight of the villa is its saltwater pool, heated by a heat pump at no extra cost: the temperature is usually around 28°C all year round — pleasantly warm, never hot — so you can swim in any season.

THE SPACE

Two bedrooms with twin beds (90x200 cm) placed together and top-quality mattresses for a restful night's sleep, and three bathrooms, one of them en suite in the master bedroom. A spacious, modern and fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and three ways to make coffee (espresso machine, moka pot and filter coffee maker). Next to it, the living-dining room with views of the mountains and the Tajogaite volcano. High-speed fibre-optic internet and private parking on site. The house is fully equipped so you feel at home from the very first moment.

EXTERIOR

A private, sheltered outdoor space surrounded by greenery, with sun loungers, parasols, outdoor tables and chairs — and a barbecue. The ideal spot for long lunches, a swim at any hour, and staying out to watch the sunset.

LOCATION

In Los Pedregales, a quiet setting away from the bustle, surrounded by nature and with open views of the mountains and the volcano — and still only a 10-minute walk from the centre of Los Llanos de Aridane. The best of both worlds: restaurants, shops and all services within a stroll, and the quiet of the countryside when you come home.

The Huskalia team takes care of all the details before and during your stay so that you only have to enjoy yourself.

Beautiful property!

We had a great week at Villa Graja! The landscaping around the pool is amazing…it’s so private and beautiful. My son loved all the lizards and the chickens…and the pool is perfect.

Modernes Haus in sehr guter Lage

Awesome villa in a beautiful island

The villa is located in the middle of banana plantations with a view on Los Llanos and the ocean, oriented so that you can enjoy the sunset. The villa is very well equipped, calm, perfect for a restful stay. The private pool is a real plus. Hosts are very welcoming, they provided us with fruits and fresh eggs. We enjoyed La Palma a lot for hicking, its incredible scenery and star gazing.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in tollem Haus

Very nice place. Lovely first visit to La Palma

Lovely modern house. Very clean. Open views to the hills behind and Los Llanos and the sea to the front. Nice to have the pool to sit next to to enjoy the sun. 10 minutes walk into Los Llanos. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful villa, amazing views, super host!

Our first visit to La Palma, we were not sure what to expect. What an incredible island! The panoramic views from the villa were fantastic and we enjoyed some spectacular sunsets and sunrises. The villa itself is great too, very modern and comfortable. Eduardo made sure we had everything we needed. We came with our six year old daughter, who really enjoyed the pool. We will will be back for sure!
