Sea Glass House is a spacious, detached two-level four-bedroom home, beautifully furnished with a comfortable and inviting design throughout.

The first Primary Suite offers direct access to the pool area through a private walkout, along with a spa-like ensuite featuring a luxurious soaking tub.

The second Primary Suite, located on the main level, features a Queen bed and a private ensuite. This home also benefits from a custom builder modification that provides enhanced privacy compared to other homes of this same model.

The third bedroom, located downstairs, offers flexible sleeping arrangements with two Twin XL beds that can be combined to create a King bed using a luxury mattress topper.

The fourth bedroom features two Double beds and offers direct access to the backyard and pool area, making it a convenient option for families or additional guests.

For added flexibility, the upstairs living area also includes a sleeper sofa.

The airy, open-concept main floor is designed for gathering, with a spacious gourmet kitchen, dining area, and comfortable great room that flow seamlessly onto the expansive covered lanai.
A 22-foot-wide wall of glass opens to create a wonderful indoor-outdoor living space, where everyone can relax and enjoy beautiful mountain and golf course views, with a glimpse of the ocean.
The inviting living area features comfortable seating and a 70-inch Ultra HD 4K TV with soundbar—perfect for movie nights, watching the game, listening to music, playing games, or simply enjoying time together.

The large round dining table comfortably seats 8, with room for 4 more at the spacious kitchen island. Outside, the expansive lanai features a dining table and additional
seating providing plenty of space to gather, dine, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Fire up the high-end grill for a casual dinner featuring the day's fresh catch or local produce from one of the area's farmers markets.


The private pool and spa provide the perfect setting to relax throughout the day or unwind with a glass of wine beneath the stars in Hawaii's crystal-clear night skies. After a day spent at the beach, exploring the volcanoes, or enjoying the island's many adventures, there's no better place to end the day.

Each of the three lanais is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating and dining areas, creating inviting spaces to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and Hawaiian outdoor lifestyle.

Pool Safety: County law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors leading to the pool area. These alarms help ensure doors are not inadvertently left open and are an important safety feature of the home.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean

• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones

• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club (access included), exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Ask us about deals on a GEM Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (Golf cart) rental for even more family fun.

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do

Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, free form pool and kiddie pool.

Mini-Golf Challenge (Unique to this Home): Sea Glass enjoys a putting green right across the house. We supply a full range of putters, balls and Golf Course obstacles so that you can challenge the kids to your very own Hawaii mini golf course.

You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!

A short drive away are the six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.

Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find super-market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

For larger groups ask us about renting homes next door / across the street so the entire group can all stay near each other.
