About this property
Self contained luxury 2-bedroom self-catering holiday let with private garden
Self contained luxury 2-bedroom self catering holiday let with private entrance and private garden. Beautiful large modern dining kitchen with everything you need for four guests. Range cooker, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. Separate utility with WC, Washer and Dryer. Two double bedrooms on the first floor - one with a king size bed and one that can be set out as a twin or super-king room. The luxurious bathroom has freestanding bath and separate 'walk-in' rainfall shower. The cozy lounge with woodburner stove is perfect for winter breaks.
Outside you will find a south facing garden with raised sun deck, Patio, dining table with four chairs and parasol. BBQ. Parking for one family sized car.
Located on a very quiet street, just a two minute walk from Sheringham High Street / Station Road with it’s bars, cafes, restaurants, independent shops and of course the ever popular North Norfolk railway. At the end of the high street you will find the award winning blue flag beach and the coastal path.
Sheringham hosts many events all year round including the famous Crab & Lobster Festival, the Viking festival, Sheringham Carnival and the hugely popular 1940’s weekend in mid September. There is also a Steam Gala in the autumn, celebrating the heritage North Norfolk Railway that runs from Sheringham to Holt, through Kelling, with fantastic sea views along the way.
Nearby is the National Trust’s Sheringham Park, with miles of hilly countryside covered with gorse and purple heather and offers fantastic sea views. Great views are also found at the top of Beeston Bump, a large grassy hill that is 103m tall and was formed at the end of the ice age.
A little further afield there’s lot to do and explore. Idyllic coastal villages, stunning beaches and magnificent historic country homes are all within easy driving distance.
Please note - The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the first floor and accessed via narrow and winding stairs typical for properties of this type/age. While easily accessible for most they may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
