Great Stay in La Spezia

We had an awesome stay here in La Spezia! Property was very clean and in good location to the train station to get to the main town. Hosts were awesome, they recommended a boat tour and it was our favorite activity we did the whole trip. They even have a discount for it! Highly recommend staying here for your visit to La Spezia!

Amazing Property

From being greeted with our keys and receiving loads of information about the property, places to eat, our visit was fantastic. The New House La Spezia location was incredibly clean and comfortable. We will gladly return!

Found the place very easily. Place is quiet large and extremely comfortable. Very well supplied. 5 minutes walk to train station. Makes a day trip to the cinque terra very easy.Communication with owners was fantastic. Even when I was making silly mistakes. I highly recommend new house la spezia for a pleasant relaxing stay.

We have been all over Italy and this Apartment tops all the others! We felt at home in this Apartment. Close to a train station for easy access to Cinque Terra. Grocery right around the block. Beds were firm but comfortable, best sleep in Italy as other places the beds are too hard. Kitchen was great. We cooked a meal one night and kitchen had everything we needed and more. Bathroom was big with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. There were 6 people in our group and this Apartment definitely took care of our needs! The owners are a lovely pair that took my teenage girls in when we got separated by the train. They got our girls set up in the apartment and ready for us to arrive 40 minutes later. The owners are easy to communicate with and are very responsive. I can not say enough about how much we liked this place. We hope to come back and stay for a much longer time.

Clean, fresh, convenient

After a long day travelling it was a welcome sight to be greeted by Silvia and Lisa. They kindly showed us the apartment, took time to explain the local boat tours, then assisted us to secure a booking at very short notice and with a discount. The apartment was light and spacious, nicely decorated along with prints of the local area. WiFi was accessed easily, the air conditioning kept us comfortable during the warm nights of July. A few minutes walk to the train station that will take you to La Spizia central, Chinque Terre, or in the other direction to Pisa. A great supermarket is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It is a flat easy walk of 30 minutes to La Spizia's marina. Note, we did not enquire about laundry facilities. If required follow up with Lisa and Silvia, I am sure they would be happy and helpful in providing details. Would be happy to stay again, suited my adult daughter and myself nicely.

Very clean and orderly One Bedroom

We wanted a clean one bedroom for a three night stay in La Spezia. We were visiting friends and wanted an in-town location that provided easy routes to several city locations - this place was just what we were looking for.

Praktisch beim Bahnhof

Die Lage am Bahnhof ist ideal um die Cinque Terre oder Pisa zu erreichen. Einziges Manko der Wohnung ist dass das Wohnhaus nach aussen und innen extrem hellhörig ist.

Nous avons été très bien reçu par Sylvia. L'appartement est grand et bien éclairé et est bien situé pour visiter. Petit bémol :pas de balcon, pas de laveuse et le stationnement est difficile si nous arrivons vers 17h30 .
