Great Family Trip

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed ourselves. We felt very comfortable and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the patio area. We also enjoyed relaxing at the pool and on the beach. This was a very nice family vacation and we would consider returning for another visit.

We’ve stayed in Evian previously and were familiar with it so that part was easy. It’s a wonderfully serene area place to spend your vacation. And Shipyard Plantation it very convenient to all amenities.

2nd Stay at this location

We really like the layout of this property and it was a short 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Shipyard is a beautiful location to take a nice evening bike ride or walk. It is convenient to the grocery stores, shopping and a great variety of restaurants.

The Condo was roomy.

The condo was very roomy, conveniently located, and generally clean. It could however use a touch more care and a good carpet cleaning.

It was fantastic!

We absolutely loved the home, it’s so pretty. The perfect size for our family of 5! The views are just beautiful! The home was so clean and well kept, super comfortable!!! The distance to the beach is great, 10 minute bike ride. Perfect!!

Nice home, great location.

We enjoyed our stay in Shipyard's Evian complex. This home was very close to great tennis and so-so golf, and a short 3/4 mile walk or bike ride to the beach. The house is a bit dated and could use some work to bring it up to par w/other VRBOs in which we've stayed.

Classic HHI property

We stay at HHI every other year. This property is one of the better ones we've stayed at. The patio area was exceptionally nice. I wish the TV's were a little bigger, but who really cares? We were at the beach.

Quiet but close

We have stayed here before. They allow big dogs which is key. But it’s always clean and doesn’t smell like dogs at all. Plenty of space, great porch. Easy bike to beach or pool. Comfy beds. If I had to complain I would suggest updating the TVs and frying pans Would definitely stay here again

The place was clean and comfortable. The agency that managers Sea Turtle was nice. But the facility they use to rent the bikes and chairs need some new equipment. They should invest the money it costed in new bikes

Perfect for a family vacation, we enjoyed our week in Hilton Head with three generations family plus our doggies and had all of the comforts of home. Appreciate having a full kitchen, laundry, and separate space with separate bathrooms for everyone. Especially loved sitting outside by the pond in the morning and evening to listen to the birds, watch our alligator friend, and enjoy quiet time to begin and end the day.

Had to contact management a few times this year and they were very responsive and friendly! The only recommendation for improvement would be to replace the carpet upstairs.
