Sip your morning coffee while sitting on the huge lanai overlooking the pool and hot tub and watch the manatees and dolphins swim by and tons of boat traffic on the wide open Rubicon Canal. This is just an amazing gorgeous spot. Lots of wildlife. This is a very unique and special place.

What makes this property unique

Huge lanai, with brand new porcelain tiles, very large pristine pool and hot tub which is solar heated as well as electric heated with a brand new 2020 pool heater; extra large picture screen opening, bathroom located on lanai so you don't have to travel back into the house with wet bathing suit; speakers outside and inside the house so you can play your favorite tunes; manatees, dolphins, and tons of boat traffic on a wide-open view of the Rubicon.
