The Cottage de Caribe is a unique and rare Emerald coast gem which is nestled in the back of a main property. All guests will have private, uninterrupted access to the outdoor living space while there. This tropical and chic cottage has two large vibrant kumquat trees which lend entrance into The Cottage de Caribe. This luxurious, modern, cottage was architecturally created by an interior decorator. The Cottage de Caribe can sleep up to 2. It is a 1 bedroom / 1 bath loft bedroom with a queen sofa sleeper downstairs.

The exquisite cottage boasts many features including the main living area with an open floor plan lined with slate flooring for those hot Florida days. A bountiful amount of natural sunlight beams throughout the cottage. The main living room includes seating for 6 with a cozy queen sleeper sofa, coffee tables, 2 Caribbean style bamboo chairs, TV/DVD and Wi-Fi Internet. Upscale cabinetry with glass shelving lend to its design appeal with tropical accessories, art and decor throughout the home. The main living room also has a kitchenette, which includes a small refrigerator, microwave, electric griddle, counter-top convection oven, toaster, blender, combo K-cup and 12 cup coffee maker, tropical designer plates and glass ware (There is no dishwasher or traditional oven) The main room also features a commercial grade stackable washer dryer unit, tucked away inside its own closet. The dining table seats 6 comfortably for your enjoyment. The bathroom is on the 1st level. It features a stone tiled bathroom floor and shower, an above deck sink, with unique handles and lighting fixtures. The spiral staircase leads to the accommodating loft upstairs where slanted ceilings and a retro style Murphy bed adorn the room.

The outdoor living space provides an additional tranquil space to enjoy, where a lush private courtyard garden hosts a flowing water fountain. Alfresco dining is one of the many pleasures to take advantage of during your stay. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on a wrought iron picnic table. During the evenings you can relax and enjoy the twinkle lit strung patio lights, listen to the tree frogs, and enjoy the summer breeze. The garden courtyard also has an outdoor shower and a grill on the property for your outdoor grilling of hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, steak… etc. Enjoy the stroll down to the sugar white beaches which are within walking distance (approximately 5 minutes). If you choose you can take the provided 2 bicycles or drive as there are community parking spaces available) Caribe offers two private beach access points onto the beach. Again, this is one of the few beaches on the Emerald Coast which is private. As a guest, you can also have the privilege of having beach chairs set up for either a daily or weekly fee. The two private community pools are a nice bonus when you have children are just want to relax. There are also umbrella picnic tables at each pool, should you decide to a pack a lunch. Whether you are here to enjoy long sunny beach afternoons, breathtaking sunsets, or moonlit strolls, the privacy and beauty of the beach in Caribe is unparalleled to most beaches along the Emerald Coast.
