Was good for what we needed. Great location The place does need a deep cleaning. Floors sticky Walls in bathroom showing streaks. Draperies dirty. Furniture is old and has stains and very worn. Broken chair at table Overall good but for cleanliness

This was our third stay at this beach house, and it definitely won't be our last! Every time we visit, it feels like coming back to one of our favorite places.The house is always spotless, comfortable, and has plenty of room for everyone with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We love how close it is to Miramar Beach, as well as all the great restaurants and shopping nearby. The location is perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing.The host is absolutely wonderful! Communication is always quick and friendly, and it's clear they truly care about making sure their guests have a great experience. That personal touch is one of the reasons we keep coming back.We've made so many great memories here over the years, and we can't recommend this home highly enough. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming, and perfectly located beach getaway, this is it. We already can't wait for our next visit!

Miramar Beach summer vacation 2022

Great house for family

Spacious open design living room area was great for our family. Clean living and bedroom spaces. The backyard was comfortable and relaxing with its set up. And the proximity of the house to the beach can’t be beat.

Perfect location!

Location is easy to get to beach and near shopping and eating places. Open floor plan make’s visiting with others easy. Beds are comfy.. if you prefer a softer bed then you will sleep well! Door lock had a problem but owners immediately called us and resolved the issue. Owners are very helpful in making sure your stay goes well. This is our second year to stay here and it’s been great both times.

Family Beach Getaway

We had an amazing time at this rental!!! It was very nice and in a great location! It is near all the fun, but it is very quiet and peaceful! We loved the backyard area, just beautiful!! The beds are so comfortable!!! I honestly didn’t want to leave! This place is a hidden gem!!!! I will definitely be back to rent this next year if it’s available. Thanks for sharing your amazing place with my family!!! We made lots if amazing memories ❤️🏝️

Spacious Common Area

This was our 3rd year to stay at this property and it didn’t disappoint. Very clean! The fridge is big and very clean! The electric oven was clean and worked well. Comfy beds. Backyard area was nice. Looks like they are upgrading the back porch. Lots of space. Charcoal grill works well. Big washer and dryer.

Beautiful house, great location

The house does not look like much from the street but once you step inside it is great. Spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had every utensil we could imagine to need. And then some. Uptodate washer and drier. The huge, lush garden is a haven of tranquillity with several spaces where to hang out. Location is perfect just a few minutes walk to the beach. Tricia was a wonderful hostess, available every time we had questions. Thank you for having the opportunity to stay at your house for a great beach vacation!
