Most of our guests see deer and other wildlife right of the porches.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please make sure the garbage is in the bags, our trash people do not pick up lose garbage from trash cans. Please turn up ac to 73 in summer and heat down to 65 in winter.

Please leave the key back on the counter

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Trash has to be put in plastic bags prior to being put in to the trash can outside. No lose trash in outside trash can. Clean up fee is 100.00

Please do not touch hot tub dial. It’s set on 104. Please do not put oils or other additives to hot tub and shower prior. Only manufactured logs

Do not remove blankets, pillows or towels, dishes etc.. from the property. No real logs in fireplace, manufactured logs only

We have build this log home so we can enjoy the beautiful North Georgia mountains. We love being able to sit on the deck and enjoy seeing animals in the valley. Love to listen to the stream. We wanted to share it with others.
