Superb stay with excellent hosts

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Vue Vert. The apartment is well appointed, clean and comfortable. The kitchen area is small, but functional, with everything you could need. There's a good quality gas BBQ, which we made good use of, with a great view down towards the town. The swimming pool is a perfect size, very well maintained, with plenty of seating for the amount of people who can stay at the property. The outdoor furniture is very good quality. This is a well located apartment. There are loads of places to visit and it's just short walk into the village for great food and river based activities. Make sure to visit the gourmand on Wednesday evenings in the village during summer. However the best thing about the place is the wonderful hosts, Mark and Caroline. They are there when you want them, but not intrusive at all. They made us feel really welcome for the whole holiday. If we return to the area (and we probably will), we will definitely book this apartment again. We recommend this place whole-heartedly.

We hebben hier genoten. Overtrof onze verwachtingen op alle fronten. De onvermoeibare gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid van Mark was voor ons de slingers op het feestje. Huisje compleet en superschoon. Wij hebben niets gemist. Verzorgde tuin en een heerlijk schoon en chloorloos zwembad. Prachtige omgeving, romantische dorpjes, zalige wijnproeverijen, kasteeltjes, natuur teveel om op te noemen. Wij gaan zeker terug al is het maar voor de gastheer.

Great stay!

Wij hebben genoten van de omgeving; het prachtige huis, het zwembad en van Mark & Caroline. Supervriendelijke en gastvrije mensen die je graag wegwijs maken en meenemen naar de wekelijkse woensdagavond dorpseten. Aanrader!

Lieu agréable

Propriété agréable et bien équipée. Mark et Caroline sont accueillants et discrets. Petite précision pour les hôtes français, la pratique de la langue anglaise est recommandée (notices, documentations, TV...)

Très belle semaine à Puy L’évêque

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Puy l’évêque. Mark et Caroline ont été vraiment très accueillant (panier de bienvenue, disponibles et très à l’écoute). Le gîte est neuf, bien équipé et très joliment décoré. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir. We had a very pleasant week at Mark and Caroline’s house. Our host were very welcoming. The place was brand new, well furnished and nicely decorated. We recommand the apartment.
