The location is ideal for the Big Cat Sanctuary (can hear them roaring in the evening!) and local facilities.Air con was a bonus, good shower and car parking, gate access worked well.Nature watching by pond was a bonus!Only downside was bathroom tatty (tired), needed spruce up....Had a good time with Grandson.
Great little place, we even managed to have breakfast outside overlooking the pond.
Basic but very comfortable and warm, we had a lovely time, so many games available to play we managed to keep yhe grandkids off their screens!

Thank you Karen for your lovely review, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us, we hope to see you again in the future.
Property was good well equipped and all the facility’s were good would stay again. One criticism was the bed was a little uncomfortable but served a purpose
Great place to unwind. Peaceful and scenic. A few minutes to Headcorn, a sweet little village with a charming tea room.
The hosts were really friendly and helpful.
My two little dogs had a ball with all the greenery. Definitely recommend.
Everything it says in the description, clean & tidy, excellent area, peace and quiet. Had a lovely relaxing break, dogs loved it. Although the fidge needs looking at, but didn't spoil the moment.
Lovely lakeside location. We came the week before Christmas which was very cold this year. The mobile home had planty of heaters to keep us warm. When the pipes froze overnight, the hosts were very helpful and and offered their own bathroom facilities while the pipes thawed out.
Very comfortable beds. Nice spacious living/dining area.
Just one thing to improve on- more kitchen equipment/crockery/glasses
Would love to come back in the summer
The setting of the chalet is fabulous and with some great weather, it just makes it better. We arrived a bit early but everything was ready to go. Clean and tidy, with everything you need for a short stay. Nature at its best. In the evening there were roaring lions in the back ground, a throng of birds deciding where to sleep for the evening and the sound of frogs from the lake. All in all a great place and central so within easy reach of many different locations.
The place was very quiet (GOOD) and comfortable apart from the sofa which was not comfortable to spend an evening on. We brought in the chairs from the patio
to sit on. They were much better.
It was well equiped and there was nothing that we felt was needed apart from sharp knives, The ones there really were not sharp, and a small sharp knife as well as the large ones was needed.
We would happily go there again.
NB the bird song was spectacular.
Stacey was a fantastic host, a lovely little spot to go and chill out for a couple off days, five minutes from Headcorn with a local Sainsbury’s for provisions. Great fishing lake with loads of Roach and Rudd at a rate of one a bite. A few Carp circling as well. You can hear the Lions roaring most of the day.
An excellent place to be for a quiet secluded stay.
The owners were very helpful and courteous. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family. The caravan was extremely clean and on a lovely lake with a stunning view.
