It is located in the Queen's Quarter next to the Ulster museum, Botanic Gardens and Queen's University. Walking distance to the City Centre. Close to public transport and bike hire. Great bars and restaurants nearby.
Great hub for exploring the city, north coast, Game of Thrones tours and attending Ulster rugby and Belfast Giants games.
A fantastic newly refurbished modern apartment in a Victorian house. It has an open plan kitchen with all modern amenities and living area. These include a dishwasher, microwave and a flat screen smart TV with Freeview and Xbox 360.
3 great size bedrooms all with comfortable beds. 1st room with a super king bed, 2nd room with a double bed and 3rd room with 2 double beds. A full bathroom with a shower and a separate shower room and one toilet with laundry facilities including a washing machine and a separate vented dryer.
The apartment has gas fired central heating, double glazed windows and WIFI free of charge.
