A very cosy & comfortable premises in a quiet street.
A very cosy & comfortable premises in a quiet street. The central location was perfect & we were only minutes away from the centre of Keswick. There was also ample free parking on the street & no permit required. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again for a future visit.

Very comfortable and clean.
Very comfortable and clean. Don’t think stairs could be an issue for many people as very wide and gradual.
The loft met our needs. It would be helpful to have more details re: the modem, where to park, turn the heat on. Fresh pillows and a simple welcome box of coffe and tea would be good. Beautiful area. Thanks for letting us stay.
The property was spacious with plenty of room for 4 people. However there was not enough equipment for 4 e.g. breakfast bowls and place mats. It could do with some updating. It was very convenient for visiting Keswick with everything in walking distance.

We have stopped at Serendipity several times and it is ideal for our needs, the only comment
is that the shower is very sensitive and could do with upgrading

The accommodation is very comfortable and homely.
The accommodation is very comfortable and homely. The kitchen is a little basic but OK if you intend to eat out most of the time. WiFi would be a good addition as the TV is limited to just a few Freeview stations (non of which are in HD). Although this is an upstairs apartment their is no noise from the neighbours.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely book Serendipity again.

Serendipity was very clean and convenient for all local amenities.
Serendipity was very clean and convenient for all local amenities. We did find damaged drawers on
cupboard of back bedroom, a faulty cover on the heating unit, unable to turn off heating on landing and no facility for opening windows at front of the property as the weather was very warm
it made the room quite uncomfortable. We had an excellent week but these matters did knock the
overall scores somewhat

Lovely, spacious flat, great location
This is a large spacious flat, about 5-10 minute walk from the town centre. Perfect location! Lots of walks, places to eat and shops, without having to use the car. Beds are very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Also very warm and cosy on cooler days. Would definitely return to this flat. Highly recommend

It's ideally situated close to the centre of Keswick and has everything we need.
Though a little dated in the décor, It's always clean, warm and cosy, well equipped and quite spacious.
