Our holiday stay athere the galley was very enjoyable despite the weather we were out most of the time.
Coming back to the galley was great only fault that we found and nothing to do with the owners is the lane at night is quite busy and there are no pavements so risky if dark. The galley and the owners is very welcoming and kept beautiful, and very quiet.
delighted to find the cottage is on an organic farm. Very quiet and relaxing. My fussy dog settled straight in. Friendly hosts, who live on site, making me feel very secure. America woods is a wonderful walk, just follow the footpath a few yards up the road. The entrance was a little tricky, as it is a farm track between two houses, but that just adds to the feeling of seclusion.

we injoyed the time we spent there, the only thing that put us of was that we could only excise the dog around the perimitor of the field, which we found very hard to walk round, due to very uneven ground. so if you have trouble walking this is not the cottage for you and your dog.

Would recommend this accommodation.
Would recommend this accommodation. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is set in a very quiet area but is near to Sandown. We have an escapist jack russell and this is the first time we have been able to let her loose in a garden whilst on holiday.

There was everything there we could wish for.
There was everything there we could wish for. The owners Pat & Bill were always helpful and recommended lovely places to visit and to walk our dogs. We were even able to walk our dogs around their fields which was a huge bonus especially first thing in the mornings and late in the evenings. It was so lovely to be in the middle of fields of vegetables growing. It was quite a wrench to leave and hopefully we will visit again next year. There is so much on the island to see and everywhere is so dog friendly. Thank you Pat & Bill.

Only reason location and comfort and equipment score 9, is because if like me you have a dog who will climb and jump, the patio area is not secure enough to contain them! You will have to drive to walking destination with larger dogs though there is a field to walk your dog to toilet.
Otherwise, everything was perfect and Pat is a lovely landlady who is very helpful :0)
