The property was a good size with a lovely garden area. Well supplied with all you could need. Footpaths within walking distance. Quiet rural area but within close proximity of nearby attractions.
Very well equipped house. Only one niggle the boiler hot water temperature is too low. The shower and bath were luke warm. I was unable to adjust it. Also, the key safe would not work to lock the key in when we left.

We had a great time at the cottage.
We had a great time at the cottage. It is well equipped and comfortable although some of the fittings (door locks, window frames) need renovation. The garden is a good size with a big table- sadly not useable very much with the weather. A car is needed for the trip into Shanklin, walking would involve a fairly busy road with no pathway for a few hundred yards. Currently there is no bbq or hairdryer. I’d use again as it is well placed for the south and east of the island

We’ve just had a fabulous time at Swallow Cottage with our grandchildren. The cottage is beautifully fitted out, very comfortable and ideally located for IOW attractions and the local Morrisons and Lidl’s. Will certainly return.
