Quietly situated at the end of a no through road the small hamlet of 7 residences was once a working farm 50 years ago. Well Barn has been lovingly converted, is carefully deep cleaned each changeover and is the only holiday cottage in the hamlet. Features include exposed beams, intricate stone walls and slate floors and an enchanting South facing private garden with a small folly - ideal for al fresco dining, watching the Swallows and giving a real sense of being in the countryside.
Close to Port Isaac, made famous by Doc Martin, Poldark and Fishermens Friends. Tintagel the mythical home of King Arthur. Boscastle. Rock, Polzeath and Padstow are all within easy reach. Camelford is 1½ miles. Trebarwith Strand 4 ½ miles, Wadebridge 9 miles where the Camel Trail can be accessed following the Camel Estuary to Padstow, or at Wenford Bridge 4 miles away near the Bodmin moors ideal for walking or cycling. Shop ⅓ mile, pub 1 mile. Electric car charging 1 mile.
