On the ground floor, an entrance hall welcomes you and leads directly to 4 bedrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are double rooms, each equipped with its own shower, bidet, and WC. The third room features 2 comfortable beds, while the fourth bedroom is a luxurious double room complete with a private bath, bidet, WC, and a hydromassage bath. A separate shower, bidet, and WC is also available on the ground floor for added convenience. The ground floor further includes a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dining area. Please note that 1 of the bedrooms on the ground floor is situated adjacent to the main part of the house, providing seamless access to the rest of the property.
