The house is tucked back in from the road,easy to walk to town. Kitchen was perfect for 2 people. I would recommend Rocco's place. Great Italian restaurant just down the street ( Spaccio) if you go to the right after lea ing the gates go up the street Amazing views of Florence and a fee other hidden treasures

A true oasis in Florence. Very close to everything, but still felt secluded and peaceful. The property was exceptionally clean, and the host, Rocco, was a pleasure to communicate with. We loved falling asleep under the stars and waking up with the sun and birds chirping out our window. We can’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for incredible accommodations in Florence! We will be back that’s for sure!

Perfect little garden hideaway! Walking distance from literally EVERYTHING…lots of nearby restaurants and there’s a gelaterie like two blocks away. I visited daily. Rocco was a fantastic host and even was able to make me dinner reservations for my birthday for me. highly recommend!

What a wonderful private spot to stay. Close enough to walk anywhere, yet a quiet getaway from the crowds and noise. We did have some difficulty finding the entrance gate when we arrive - this was after a long day of travel and getting to know the street signs and so forth Italy though! Our host Rocco was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions and was available so quickly! Also got some great recommendations for shopping. This is a great spot for a quiet retreat during a busy week in Florence!

Absolutely the best location! The beautiful surrounding gardens are truly an oasis that is extremely convenient to centro. Moist places are within walking distance. The Rose Garden is right across the street. A perfect place for a short stay. Two burner cooking convenient four simpler dishes. Rocco was a very responsive and very gracious host. Thank you for a pleasant stay with a free private parking spot in front of the apartment that is within the estate.

Amazing stay!

We had such a great time here! Rocco was really friendly and great to communicate with. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, very walkable to the sights and great restaurants around the area. We would definitely stay here again.

This little property was just perfect for our 6 day stay in Florence. You could walk to anywhere in the city and surrounded by restaurants and cafes… Rocco was always helpful…..The property was like a park in the city…..would definitely recommend to stay here Not big but perfect for 2 people.

Private, quiet, close to town, and plenty of reasons to stay here. Host was courteous and quick to respond. The property is amazing for a tourist like myself- right in the heart of Florence. 5 min walk from the heart of the city. Highly recommend.
