Private facility with 3 recently renovated apartments (July 2018) located in Lajatico, the town of Bocelli, a small medieval village located about 24 km from Volterra, 45 km from Pisa and 80 km from Florence. The structure, with independent entrance, has internal parking and is located 200m from the main square and 1 km from the Teatro del Silenzio.

Lovely Home in Lajatico!

We had a quick stay in Lajatico for a wedding and were fortunate to find this lovely home. Elisa was kind and easy to communicate with via whatsapp and Adriano and Moranda who help with check in/check out were very welcoming. There is a slight language barrier but that didn't impede anything in terms of getting settled in smoothly. The home is clean and well stocked for essentials which makes the stay comfortable and relaxing. It is connected to two other rentals with a hallway and stairway in between but the home is sound proof and we slept soundly through the night without any issue. Thank you Elisa for letting us rent your beautiful home!

We are Moranda and Adriano and we have two children and a grandchild! We were born and grew up in Tuscany and we love Lajatico where we decided to buy this structure and obtain apartments. On the ground floor we have created a small space to be able to come and relax over the weekend and be able to live away from the city and traffic. We are happy to undertake this new experience and be able to share all this with tourists from all over the world. We will always try our best to make you feel at home

What makes this property unique

Our house offers in its small way all the main comforts: free wi fi, digital TV, air conditioning, spacious shower, comfortable beds and a super-equipped kitchen. Moreover it has an optimal position because it is far from the traffic and the case of the city, a few steps from the center and from the main square where there are bars, restaurants and characteristic shops. With the car you can reach the main Tuscan destinations in a short time.
