The generous living room has three comfortable sofas – great for watching the large screen TV with cable services. The room leads out to the pool area, which backs onto the 9th hole of the golf course with plenty of greenery and mature trees.

The generous patio deck invites you to soak up the Florida sun or unwind under the stars. With loungers and an al-fresco dining area, your private oasis is perfect for both relaxation and entertaining, making this home a true sanctuary. There is a table and chairs for dining outside and a comfortable sofa under the covered shady area, plus plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the Florida weather. Please inquire in advance if pool heat or BBQ rental is desired - available at an additional cost.

The kitchen is well-equipped to cater any size meal for your family, and has a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher There is a table in the kitchen for relaxed breakfasts or a formal dining area for enjoying meals.

The sophisticated master bedroom has a kingsize bed with ensuite including bathtub, walk-in shower and double sinks. There is a queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms – so there is plenty of space to fit your group. There are TVs in every bedroom and high speed wifi throughout the house.
High quality towels and linens are provided, plus a washer and dryer is available for guest use. There is a pool table, dart board. Please note the garage is not air conditioned Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club is 10 minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World with very close proximity to Universal Studios and the Orlando outlet shopping. The golf community has sidewalks adjacent to the fairways and greens and the community pool, tennis court and children’s playground are a 5 minute walk from your villa. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and other amenities are all within walking distance. Highlands Reserve gives easy access to Highway 192 and Interstate 4, where, within approximately 1 hour, you will find easy access to Cocoa Beach, Daytona, and the Kennedy Space Center to the East; and Clearwater and Sarasota with beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast to the West.

The Highlands Reserve champion Mike Dasher designed course has large, fast and undulating greens making this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers.

The pool can have pool heat added for an additional charge of $100 per week.
