Good location,Clean & well equipped - great value

Good location, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Good clean property with all the utensils needed, washing machine if you need. Accessibility is great, good for disabled due to ramp access everywhere and lifts -my mum finds it hard of walking and did find the distance and ramps a little tough going. We had a great time lounging around the pool, although the pool itself was a bit too cold to enjoy. We also enjoyed having a coaching lesson at Bowls and then having a fun game later during our weeks stay. Would definitely go back to stay

we had a wonderful time at the apartment everything was perfect on arrival thank you for the milk & tea etc. it was great to have that in the apartment especially since we were delayed 1 & a half hrs. weather was nice and warm and we were able to use the pool will certainly recommend & return again

A lovely relaxing break

We had a really lovely 4 night break. It was great to be able to choose the length of stay and the arrival and departure day. Our party consisted of three generations of the same family and we really did find something for everyone. Clubbing and waterparks for the youngsters within a short taxi ride. Bristish TV in the lounge and excellent resturants for my elderly Mum. Sunbeds and peace and quiet by the pool for me. What more could we ask for. We will definately be back !!!!!!

We had a brilliant holiday in a really nice apartment. Equiped with everything we needed. Payment and obtaining the key was a nice simple transaction. It was our 3rd year in the Golf Del Sur area and the apartment was the nicest one so far..... This year we are trying out Fanaba but would return to winter gardens anytime. thank you Tam

Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, afternoon sunny balcony, nice complex easy to get about as bus stop close by. In need of some TLC in kitchen ....but, everthing worked so perhaps being over fussy ! Helpful owner when sink was leaking, ( he just happened to be around !) would return again if available.

Great Apartment - Super Holiday

Apartment really nice & spacious, sleeps 8 comfortably. Apartment very clean, Home from home, all you need in apartment. Local to all amenities, Bowling Green (flat) on site, shops, bars & restaurants. A short stroll to the beach where you will find more restaurants & shops & Marina with beautiful views & shrot walk along the coast to San Blas. Tam was great & so accommodating for our needs, contactable to answer any queries - Thanks Tam. This apartment comes highly reccommended. Look forward to booking with you again. fab holiday

this apartment is very spacious, clean and bright.The english tv channels were brillant, also having a washing machine was great as there were six of us all adults. it is very central to alot of restaurants and bars.The rendezvous is well worth a visit.There is also a good supermarket nearby, with lots of irish foods, It would be suitable for families with young children,as there is no noise.The only downside is there is no suitable beach nearby, and no jacuzzi as advertised, but i am returning there in august.The owner Tam was very pleasant to deal with and very accomodating,answered emails straight away.there were six ladies and each of us would return again

95 Winter Gardens in San Blas

We very much enjoyed our family holiday with our two boys aged 14 and 12. The apartment was large, and there were three bedrooms. From the large balcony we could see the boys in the pool, and there was also a sea view. There was no problem with security there was a lockable door to the block plus you could also lock the door to your apartment. We used the cooker, fridge-freezer, and the washing machine was handy. The apartment is only 10 mins from the airport and the bus stops are right outside the front of Winter Gardens. English TV in the apartment was good and you could watch sky sports at the complex bar. Highly recommended by the Walsh Family.

Super Apartment - Cant wait to return

We can truly recommend this spacious 3 bedroomed apartment with lovely large balcony on a well maintained quiet complex. My husband and I - mid 40's - our son - 21- and my father 69 - ( who is a wheelchair user) thouroughly enjoyed our stay here in fact a week just wasn't long enough. Able to get wheelchair all around the comples no problems and when the staff directed us to the lift between the levels of the grounds it was even better ! The apartment was clean and had every thing we could possibly need and so much more - sun bed mats for by the pool a really nice touch..... we had hired a car for the week and had no problems with parking close to the apartment, all communications / questions with Tam answered quickly and loads of help and advise given to help us enjoy our stay even more . Rendevous Restaurant on the complex is a must both excellent food and service We visited Loro and Siam park and thoroughly enjoyed both,

Nice Apartment

We stayed 10 days, late July into August ’24. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of towels. The washing machine was a bonus. There’s a hairdryer, iron, fridge/freezer, plenty of cups/glasses and Tupperware/takeaway containers that were handy. The only draw back for us was the air “con”. We specifically wanted air con as we knew it was going to be hot. The air con in the apartment was metered and cost 1€ for 30 minutes. We had no option and had use it a couple of times but reluctantly. This should have been stated in description on VRBO. Other than that, apartment was good.

Winter Gardens

My sister and I stayed at Tam’s apartment for just over a week. It’s located not far from the airport, 15 mins by bus or taxi. It’s in a lovely, well maintained complex with beautiful gardens which is near to lots of different types of restaurants and bars. The people we met in the complex and in the restaurants we visited were all friendly and helpful. Although we didn’t use them, the complex has a nice pool area and bowling green. The apartment itself didn’t disappoint. It’s spacious, light and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We particularly enjoyed having a shower room each and the large balcony for relaxing in the afternoon sun. It was easy and inexpensive to move around the island by bus, with a bus stop and taxi rank not far from the apartment. Tam was a great host who made contact before, during and after the visit to make sure we had everything we needed. Although we did not meet her, Tina was available while we were there in case we needed help. We enjoyed our stay at Tam’s apartment and hope to visit again sometime.

Very well equipped apartment.

Having stayed in many apartments in Tenerife, this was the best equipped. Next door neighbours manage it on behalf of the owner and they are very helpful and friendly. A most enjoyable stay.

excellent appartment

this was our 6th time at this complex and the appartment was immaculate the best we have stayed in, all facilities were tip top and the support from housekeepers dave and tina was great, we like this area, it is quite which suits us, and has very good restrauants etc close by john and yvonne
