Our condo is located on the Non-Driving on portion of the beach and only a few minutes from Flagler Avenue where you will find shopping, art galleries, restaurants and nightspots.
The non-drive beach offers a safe place for the little ones to play in the sand while you enjoy the exclusivity of the beach without noisy cars and stinky gas fumes.

NO elevators to travel just WALK Out of the PATIO DOOR and GRAB the BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLA, BOOGIE BOARDS AND SAND TOYS >> All Provided for you.

Great stay for Long Weekend

Our stay was wonderful! The owners add so many details to make staying here a great experience. We were in town for a youth sports tournament and it was such a cozy relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve experienced on many travels. We hope we can come back soon and stay again!

A relaxing time with a perfect view!

We enjoyed the homey feeling due to the decor and proximity to the surf and sand! The guests that shared the complex were extremely friendly. The pool was warm and very inviting. I can’t wait to return!

Perfect stay!

This was our first stay at this condo and it was perfect! The communication was excellent, beautiful ocean and pool views right from the unit, very comfortably furnished and supplied, and clean! The unit was well stocked for bathrooms, cleaning, and kitchen needs and the owner had even left us a very thoughtful and tasty welcome basket with treats! Loved the easy access to the beach and pool and will definitely plan a return visit.

Amazing oceanfront condo!

We had such a great time staying in this first floor unit! The view was amazing and the unit was spotless. It had everything that we needed to take a trip down to the beach. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, and kids toys which made going to the beach even more enjoyable and convenient. The pool was great and the beach was very close to our unit. We loved being able to walk out our door and be so close to the pool and beach. Great views! We would definitely rent again!

Our second year in your beautiful oceanfront home. It is the most relaxing way to end our summer. Enjoying every lazy, peaceful day, in the perfect location, with the refreshing ocean breeze. LOVE! This condo is perfect! From the views to the comfortable beds. I sat at the dining table and watched dolphins while I drank my coffee 3 out of the 6 days. Being able to walk 10 yards to the beach or 10 ft to the pool was the best part. Easily accessible. Elena was very nice and even let us check in a day early with only a few hour notice. I had nothing bad to say about this unit. Other guests were asking how we found this unit and if they could have the information for their next visit! Can’t wait to come back!!

Many condos on the beach. Very few are this good.

Our condo was everything we hoped for. If the view is first priority, this one wins the prize. If a roomy, up-to-date, brightly furnished, well stocked, and very clean unit is essential, this is it. If proximity to the ocean and swimming pool is a main requirement, there are none any closer. Our sun rises were spectacular. Our evenings sitting by the ocean waves on the brick deck overlooking the beautiful sandy beach were mesmerizing. Difficult to summarize in a few words how enjoyable our month long vacation was. Too bad this review will make it more difficult to schedule another visit here in the future.

One happy lady!

First off, as a woman alone, I felt perfectly safe and at home staying in this delightful condo. Besides the basics: clean, serene, well -stocked, comfortable and perfectly located, it held the most beautiful views of moonlit nights, breathtaking sunrises and pulsating beach life, without being too much pulse! I think the ocean views are possibly the most outstanding in all of New Smyrna Beach. My car was easily accessible, shopping nearby. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had above-and-beyond what was needed for a person who really wants to cook and I did, having stayed for two glorious months. Please consider the delicious cuisine at SoNapa Grille (across the street) and visit the new Florida Museum of Arts & Sciences about 20 minutes away in Daytona Beach. You won't regret either. Thank you for trusting me with your home, Elena, for answering every question and all the while allowing me my privacy. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing tranquil ocean front condo New Smyrna Beach Florida

July 30 - August 6, 2016 This was a last minute opening which fit exactly into the dates we were scheduled to be in New Smyrna. What a blessing!!! Stayed for 7 nights of beautiful weather, tranquil ocean front view of sunrises, perfect access to beach and pool. Home is furnished with everything you need or forgot to bring. We spent much time enjoying the ocean breeze in the rocking chairs on the back porch while watching my daughters and grandchildren. Being able to see both the ocean and pool from the condo is great but having them both just steps away from the door is a dream come true for any family. Loved the windows throughout the condo, the separate entrance to master bedroom, and especially the dining table with an ocean front view which made meals a pleasure. Plus, we were so lucky on our night walk on beach to witness turtle eggs hatching and watched hundreds of little turtles making their way to the ocean. What an awesome experience! This condo was absolutely perfect, it had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were very comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, they even had sunscreen, shampoos and conditioner which was a surprise and we sure appreciated it. The place was well decorated with a beach theme and was very clean, felt freash. Lots of beach gear aswell and nice big beach towels to use. Now the location of this property had it all, as it was right by the pool, and ocean, than being on the ground floor was so nice to beable to just walk right out to the pool or ocean. The people staying/living there were all so friendly and welcoming. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by, we went to the outlet mall a couple of times which was only 25mins away. We had the pool and beach almost all to ourselves during most of our stay, it was so peaceful and the weather was sunny and warm just perfect. We will hopefully be coming back to stay here again as we loved it so much! Oh and the ocean was great to play in as the bottom is all sandy, we had fun playing in the waves and collecting seashells as we walked the shoreline of the beach. We even got to see dolphins and we loved watching the pelican birds. Oh and the bakery right across the road had the best eggs Benedict I have ever had!

The condo was super clean and the neighborhood was very friendly. We had everything we would want and more. The welcome basket was wonderful and we just really enjoyed ourselves immensely. I can’t wait to go and stay here again and I will be recommending it to all my friends.

Gir’ls trip!!

Two friends and I found this condo to be the best one we’ve stayed at! The ground level access and steps to the pool and beach were fantastic! The view from the patio is breath taking. The condo itself was squeaky clean and very well stocked. From books, to games, to beach towels and beach chairs, everything we could possibly need was there. We will stay again! 😃
