Beautiful property conveniently located to everything south Sardinia has to offer

The property was clean. There was a pool for the kids. It’s very close to Villasimius (which has a great main st.) and lots and lots of beaches. Nicola was always available if anything came up (certain things run on island time so you need to be patient sometimes).

The house was very dirty also the pool was turbie…

They had old food inside the oven and the house owner or management get in and out the property when they want. The beds are extremely hard …Is sad because the house is not ugly but too dirty and the smell is horrible.

I booked this property through VRBO for October 10–13, 2025 after months of communication with the owner.A week before check-in, I went to see the house as agreed, but the owner stopped replying when I was on my way and never showed up. The property was open, unattended, and appeared abandoned, with a large number of rubbish bags left everywhere, some torn open—likely by animals—with rotting waste spread around the property. The pool was completely green with algae, posing serious health and safety concerns, and the house was dirty and not habitable.On the day and time of check-in, the owner did not contact me. I returned to the property: despite minor improvements, it was still in awful condition and far from what was advertised.I immediately contacted VRBO to request a refund. Nearly four months later, I still have no refund and no resolution, and no alternative accommodation was offered. VRBO should have provided immediate support.Extremely disappointing experience. I do not recommend this property, and this has seriously affected my trust in VRBO.

This property was a huge disappointment considering how much we spent to book a place that has a pool. There are a few things that I would like to make clear to anyone before booking this place. This house is technical a B&B, each room Though there were plenty, the sheets and towels were dirty. and there was no functioning lock on the front door, which felt unsafe. The pool was green and clearly not maintained. The host was unresponsive throughout our stay, making it impossible to resolve any of these issues. Getting around from this location was a nightmare. On top of that, there was an ant infestation, no basic amenities like soap or garbage cans, and the kitchen was so dirty it wasn’t usable for cooking. Overall, this was not a comfortable or enjoyable experience.

Vacances Villasimius

Cadre et villas magnifiques. Vaisselle sale, nous avons dû relaver assiettes, verres, plats, couverts .. Seulement 5 petites cuillers, nous étions 11.. Seulement 2 torchons de vaisselle. Problèmes eau chaude à plusieurs reprises en 1 semaine (douches froides) et mauvaises odeurs dans les SDB. Obtenu les draps de plage le mercredi seulement (arrivés le dimanche). Nicola nous a aidés car problèmes voitures de location. En conclusion, très belle villa mais prestations internes loin du standing annoncé et surtout du tarif..

Magical Visit

We absolutely loved our time staying in this beautiful home. The proximity to the beach, the private pool, the view, the short drive to town were all amazing. We had a few rooms with AC that didn't work, but other than that I have nothing negative to say about our stay and Nicola was responsive and helpful and welcoming. We loved our time in Sardinia!
