East 1206 is an extra-large end condo that offers an inviting, colorful open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The expansive balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for outdoor entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the view. The dining area offers seating for six with an additional three seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. Just steps from both this guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms have a north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area.

Overall great place. Few minor maintenance issues with drawers broken and toilets needing repair. Master bed frame pretty loose. Easy things to fix but should be taken care of for the cost.

Spacious, Beautiful!

This property is very spacious and so beautifully decorated, with a well appointed kitchen. There were 4 adults in our group and everyone had their own space. We especially appreciated the balcony area and the amazing views! We enjoyed our time at the pool and on the beach very much. This is a high traffic area and we did have some difficulty finding our way around, but we managed. The toilet in the queen suite did not flush, and the tv in the master suite had poor signal reception and did not work most of our stay. One item that is worth noting in future listings is the height of the beds/matresses. I am a short female senior citizen with a broken wrist and needed assistance from my huband to get into bed in the master suite. A small step stool would have been very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Silver Beach Towers very much and woul recommend this property to family and friends.

Wonderful place!

Loved E1206 condo! When you first walk in your are immediately greated with cute ocean decorations. The warm feeling when you enter the place is just grand. The view is gorgeous from the balcony. Outside furniture is very nice and plentiful. Full size washer and dryer is great. Loved the garden tub in master bath. The shower in there is Devine! Living room furniture is comfy! We have been coming to the beach for vacation for over 10 years, and this has to be the best condo we have ever stayed in. Loved the balcony for the bedrooms in the front. Most beds in condo were comfy, but master is a little on the hard side. Overall, I would stay in this condo again in a heart beat!
