Can Salom is a wonderful villa located in the luxurious and quiet residential area of ​​Mal Pas, just 150 meters from the beach of Sant Pere: a wonder of nature for its fine sand, crystal clear turquoise waters and stunning views of Formentor and the Bay of Pollensa.



Between pines and with the view of the sea always present, this villa stands, with a lush garden surrounding the property.



Access from the garden to the stairs that lead to the property, located on the first floor. We found first with a small hall. On the right is a spacious living room with access to a large and cozy terrace, equipped with furniture where we can enjoy a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner all in a very natural environment.The fully equipped kitchen is located past the dining room and separate of this.



On the left side of the hall are the bedrooms and bathrooms. Starting with two bedrooms with two twin beds and bathrooms ensuite each. The bedroom with double bed and finally the master bedroom with double bed, ensuite bathroom and exit to the large terrace.



On the ground floor there is a spacious porch with furniture, the garage and a bathroom with shower.



The property has a ping pong table, a canoe and a bicycle for the enjoyment of its guests.

Nice family villa with great location

The location of the villa is fantastic! Quite area, great beach with shallow water, where kids can safely play and with beach bar yet close to supermarket and several restaurants. We really enjoyed the location of the villa. The matresses of the beds are really old and need to be replaced ASAP!

Great villa with huge terrace in superb location. We loved it and hope to return. The terrace is a good spot in all weathers even the rain! A sign of how good it was is that our only complaint was a lack of a patball, ball, and no frisbee!

Tolle Lage des Ferienhauses, gut durchdachte Raumaufteilung, gut eingerichtete Kueche, der nahegelegene Strand ist wunderbar, das WLAN ist zuverlaessig und schnell, Verwaltung des Ferienhauses hat schnell auf unsere Anliegen reagiert Qualitaet der Betten (Lattenroste, Matratzen), Reparatur der Terassenstuehle, Austausch der Haengematte, kein Fahrrad mehr vorhanden, Fotos von der Villa sind bereits einige Jahre alt

Lovely vacation on Mallorca.

Het terras/ veranda, geweldig. 9ndanks een verouderd interieur hebben wij genoten. Dichtbij het strand heerlijk. Het huis was netjes schoon. Heel erg fijn dat wij op de vertrekdag wat langer konden blijven. Spiraal onder het matras vd laatste slaapkamer (linksachterin de gang,naast de badkamer)is doorgezakt.dan lig je in een kuil.Niet prettig voor je rug. De badkamer grenzend aan het terras zagen we dat de wc borstelhouder verroest is. Borstel zelf was ook vies. Dat is een minpuntje. Het rieten zitje is verouderd en wat gammel. Er was maar 1 wijnglas aanwezig.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est spacieuse, confortable et très propre. Emplacement exceptionnel pratiquement face à la plage. Seul bémol, le mobilier de la cuisine et la vaisselle sont à remettre au goût du jour.

gute Lage zum Strand nur ein paar Gehminuten, nächster kleiner Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar, gute Restaurants in der Nähe, ruhig Lage Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern und nicht im Flur

Bonita casa a 2min de un cala preciosa

Super bien estar a 2min de una cala con una playa pequeña, con poca gente, arena y entrada el mar suave. La casa muy bien también, con espacio y una cocina bien equipada. En el garaje incluso habían unos juguetes para la playa, más una bici y una mesa de ping pong. El jardín detrás de la casa podría estar un poco más ordenado.

Dejligt hus, herlig strand tæt på

Perfekt feriebolig for en familie på 7 med 4 soveværelser og 3 badeværelser. Fin plads og meget tæt på skøn børnevenlig strand. God service. Rengøring og linned følger med. En enkelt manglende udskiftning af pære/reparation af lampe i bryggers var en meget lille detalje i det samlede billede. Skønt område. Kan absolut anbefales

Hervorragendes Objekt!

Hervorragendes Objekt! Ein großes Haus mit ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind toll. Der Strand ist ganz in der Nähe und wunderschön. Zum Einkaufen gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe mit ausreichender Grundversorgung, für alles weitere gibt es einen großen Supermarkt der mit dem Fahrrad oder mit einem längeren Fußmarsch gut erreichbar ist. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war problemlos, dir Ansprechpartner waren sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
