About this property

Kitchen and dining
The Dairy is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. It is also equipped for Wheelchairs and Guests with disabilities.

It is all on one level and there is a small ramp for wheelchair access into the Cottage.

It is open plan making it easier to move around. There are French windows looking over the grounds and a lounge area with a large angle sofa (converts into a double bed) and if needed there is an electric heater. There is also a television, (English and French), dvd player, cd player, toys, books, magazines and a selection of indoor and outdoor games.

The dining area has a cottage style pine table and 4 chairs, highchairs can be provided if requested. The Kitchen area is spacious with plenty of work surfaces and has all the modern equipment you should need during your stay. This includes; a stainless steel electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge (with ice box), microwave, kettle, toaster, tassimo coffee machine, cafetiere, iron and ironing board.

Bedroom
There one bedroom with 1 double bed (adapted for Guests with disabilities), it has duel aspect windows with lovely views. There is a dressing table with stool, a wardrobe and 2 bedside cabinets, a hairdryer is also supplied.

You can also use the sofabed in the lounge to make an additional double bed.

Bathrooms
The bathroom is a wet room, it has been designed for wheelchair access and has a non-slip floor. The toilet and sink have been adapted for wheelchair use and there are hand rails by the toilet and shower.

Heating
There is an electric heater in every room.
Each Cottage has a generous electricity allowance which covers normal use for a family of 3. However if you go over this allowance there is a charge of. 40cts per kwh.

Entertainment
When you want to leave the farm you will find that there are many attractions and places of interest within a short drive. We also live here and are happy to answer questions or give advice on places to visit.

Excellent !!!

Tout tout est appréciable . Le confort, l’amabilité et la discrétion des propriétaires, l’endroit paisible et tellement accueillant …..nous garderions bien ce petit bijou rien que pour nous 😊. Quel bonheur d’être accueillis de la sorte et dans un logement de cette qualité. En pleine nature mais non loin de beaux endroits à visiter et aussi de belles plages . Merci merci merci

L' oasis du bien-être

Un accueil chaleureux et convivial, un environnement magnifique aménagé avec énormément de goûts, arbres et fleurs forment une harmonie de couleurs et de parfums transmettant un sentiment de bien-être. Une maison spacieuce et aménagée avec goût, on s'y sent bien. Elle est très bien équipée, tout le confort ( lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, mico onde, cafetière, etc...). Un très beau jardin avec terrasse et BBQ pour les adeptes. Nous avons privilégié pour notre séjour la visite de la région mais nous reviendrons pour les balades à vélo (dispo au gîte) le long du littoral et profiter de la très belle piscine. Je conseille de venir découvrir cet endroit magnifique, qui se trouve dans un grand domaine, vous ne pouvez pas être déçu. Merci à Erika et Rob pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilté, nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Laurence et Bruno

Gite très agréable et parfaitement équipé ( intérieur comme exterieur) Bonne localisation pour explorer les environ, et très bon accueil et conseils des propriétaire pour nous guider. A refaire avec plaisir

Rob and I decided to move to France to have a quieter life and also so we could spend more time with our son, who was 1 at the time. We visited the Farm on a rainy day in January and fell in love with the buildings and the countryside straight away. If it looked this good in the winter imagine during the summer! We left the next day having bought the farm and have never looked back since. We now have 3 boys, some animals (!) and have settled well in to a lovely community.

Why they chose this property

We are located in the middle of beautiful countryside yet you can cycle to the local town that has all the amenities we could ever need. It has easy access to the motorway and there are many historic places to visit within a short drive, 10 - 30 mins. We are just a 15 minute drive to many different beaches that are unspoilt and great for children, we love nothing better than picking our children up after school and heading off to the beach for a picnic. Throughout the year you can go out walking on the many coastal paths, that are equally stunning on a stormy winters day as on a sunny summers one.

What makes this property unique

What's unique about our property,well I guess we are a little biased as we live here and love the area and the Breton people.... but we think that we have the perfect place as there is always something to do here, come rain or shine. We have lived here for over 20 years now and never have a problem of finding something to do or somewhere to visit.
There are not many places that have historic towns, amazing natural beaches, rivers, some of the best seafood in France landed locally every day, play parks and all on your doorstep. In addition our Cottages are set in the middle of our land, so you have a 100 acres of forest, meadow, river and fields to explore, while at the same time feeling secure that your children can explore as we did when we were their age. Close by we have a cycle path on the old railway line that starts in Roscoff and goes all the way to Concarneau. You can hop on to the track in Rosporden.
