5 Bed, 3 Bath executive home on secure gated community, 15 mins from Disney

Our luxurious 5 bedroomed air conditioned house with screened pool and spa has a stunning view of the central lake within the peaceful gated community of Cumbrian Lakes. Set in a conservation area with sparkling lakes together with walks and jogging trails and only 5 minutes from the many shops and restaurants on Highway 192.

Disney and other attractions are a mere 15 minutes away.
The master suite with its king sized bed has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with bath, walk in shower and his/hers basins. There are two twin bedded rooms upstairs which share a bathroom.

The second main bedroom, located on the ground floor overlooking the pool, has a queen sized bed and shares a bathroom with the fifth (twin bed) room.

The Family room has a 75" large screen TV with Netflix and apps for UK and USA television streams. Beautifully furnished throughout, with ample space, a full equipped kitchen, microwave, fridge-freezer, range, washer and dryer, towels, linens etc.

This is a non-smoking and pet free home. The garage has been converted into a games room.

This villa was immaculately clean and was furnished beautifully with highend finishes. The owner was very responsive to our queries. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding and towels lovely and soft. We would definitely stay here again.

Great time, clean house

Me and the family had a great time, when we couldn’t go out because of the unexpected weather caused by hurricane Elsa, we had plenty to do in the house. My son was in heaven with the Xbox. Very clean and maintained property. We would definitely recommend.

Great home in Kissimmee

The house had almost everything we needed. We did buy a couple of items and left them for the next group to use (paper towels and hand soap for the kitchen). Kids were happy with the game selections and of course the pool was put yo good use! Woukd absolutely consider staying here again if back in the area.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for us and the weekly rental amount was reasonable given the size of the house. Allan, the owner, was very helpful with anything we needed. The pool and spa were great. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would love to come back.

Great place to stay!

This place is absolutely fantastic! It is fully stocked with all of the items we needed to be comfortable for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The owner's communication was above and beyond! The entire area lost power one evening and Allan messaged me almost as fast as it happened to let us know what was happening and when to expect it to come back on. The pool and hot tub were also amazing! I had my coffee in the hot tub every morning! I would highly recommend staying here.

4675 Cumbrian Lakes exceeded our expectations! The place was immaculate upon arrival. The pool and hot tub were ready and waiting for our tired travelers. Our group stayed at the house the entire week due to Covid concerns, and the kitchen was perfectly appropriated with top of the line appliances, cookware, and utensils. Bedrooms were comfortable with abundant soft linens. Allen was the most responsive owner I have ever dealt with. He responded to emails within 20 minutes! Groceries and convenient stores were minutes away.

A Little Awesome Place

This property was absolutely amazing. It’s located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood not far from Disney and Universal. It was very well kept and maintained. It also has everything you need to make you feel like you are at home. I will definitely stay here again with my family on our next Orlando vacation.

Wow! What can I say about this beautiful home?? Just perfection. Great location, huge house with so many amazing features. No expense sparred when decorating and the appliances are all state of the art. As amazing as the house is it still can’t beat the best service I’ve ever experienced in all my years of travelling. Allan the owner is just brilliant. Every query or need of ours was dealt or answered with. His property manager in Orlando is also excellent. All in all I couldn’t recommend this property enough. Only problem will be trying to book again as I’m sure anyone who visits will want to return too!!!

My family and I had a great time at this location. We were close to the action but far enough away to have some quite time. House is beautiful and the rooms were very nice! I would recommend staying at this property. Nice touch with the free Netflix subscription and other moderns apps that the kids loved.

Great vacation home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were delighted to find that the property was true to the pictures and description provided on the website. It is a great base as it is close to the Osceola Parkway (for access to Disney), the 417 (for access to the airport) and in proximity (less than 10 minute drive) to many shopping outlets, restaurants and supermarkets. The owner was wonderful to deal and provided great instructions to access the property. In particular, he responded pretty much instantaneously to questions we asked. We were a group of 4 adults and the house had a lot more space than we really needed; the layout of this particular property would be absolutely ideal for a couple of small families wanting to stay together on vacation.

Beautiful house! The pictures don't do justice on this house, is super gorgeous!!

This house is super nice, we had a great time, my kids enjoyed the house, enjoyed the heated pool, the house has everything you might need. Gorgeous house, pool, and great owner. Allan went above and beyond to accommodate us. A lot of the furniture is new, the kitchen was furnished with just about everything you would need...there were 8 in our party and we had Lots of dishes, utensils, pans, bowls, etc. ....more than we needed. Tons of towels, sheets, etc. Allan responded to our emails regarding a leaking Keurig in minutes and arranged to replace it asap. There are also lots of chairs in and out on the pool deck....we enjoyed the pool table as well. Brand new TVs in all bedrooms and living area. We’ve been in several villas in Cumbrian and this is by far the best of them all!! Thank you Allan.
