Ashton Lakes is a low-rise condo community which offers beautiful Florida style landscaping, tennis courts, shuffleboard and olympic sized heated pool. Second floor unit has elevator access. Take walks around the beautiful grounds, a two minute walk to the pool and courts, a 5 minute drive to Siesta Key with#1 beach in America, famous for its white, never hot quartz sand. Covered carport designated for your car. Watch herons, egrits, wood storks, anahingas, ibis and otter right from the lanai. Downtown Sarasota is less than 7 miles away with all its exciting cultural offerings. Numerous wildlife sanctuaries are within 30 minute drive. The guest room is small but suitable for 1 or 2 guests staying just a few days.

Recently retired and live in New Hope, PA. Have visited friends in Sarasota every year for 15 years, so we finally found this lovely gem in our #1 community... a property we will love using ourselves and sharing with friends.

Ashton Lakes is one of the most desirable condo communities in Sarasota and for good reasons. It's beautiful, has great amenities, close to Siesta Key, bird sanctuaries, museums and all the things we love. It's a quiet, peaceful community. in a perfect location.
