Mystery Bay is situated 8 km south of Narooma and about 8 km north of 'River Cottage' and the artist hub of Central Tilba.
Mystery offers some great sheltered swimming spots as well as surfing beaches. Walks and adventures are to be had along the pristine coastline, cliff faces and forests in the adjoining Eurobodalla National Park, or further afield. There is a small park and public BBQS but no shops – nothing but the sounds of the birds and the ocean.
Nearby Narooma - has a library, pool, marina, shops, restaurants and clubs, golf, boardwalk, playgrounds, fresh seafood, boats for hire on Wagonga Inlet, boats to Montague Island where you can also choose to swim with the seals, boats to go whale watching (in season) and fishing.
Tilba area is well known for its fresh produce markets (Saturday mornings) as well as cheese and Tilba Valley Wines.
Also take day trips north to Bateman’s Bay and Clyde River or south to Bermagui and Bega.
