Diane was very pleasant to work with. The house was very cozy and absolutely perfect. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. The front porch was peaceful for coffee in the mornings. The two grandkids and the dog loved the swing! We would definitely stay here again!
Diana is a fantastic hostess!! She was very informative on what to bring and things to do. She was always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. My family and I had a great time!
The ultimate location for a relaxing recharge! Pictures cannot explain the peace of this wonderful home and host! A truly family experience and we cannot wait to return again!
We just got back from our stay and I have to say that it was amazing! The property and location exceeded my expectations. It’s a perfect place for a family. You have a little bit of everything right there on the property and all the biggest attractions and tourist areas are within a reasonable driving distance. Diana was an amazing hostess! She was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Definitely 10/10 and I look forward to staying here again in the future! My kids and I had an absolute blast!

So happy to know you had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house, yard, and River!
Thank you!
Everything was very clean- river was fantastic. Might get a little busy when the campground is full but my crew spent everyday enjoying the river . Hostess was fantastic- felt very comfortable here!
If I was able to give more stars I would . The property was gorgeous , the river was amazing . The proximity to all the activities was amazing , all of which were minutes away ,which was weird given the feeling of the peace , tranquility and seclusion from my everyday life . My family and I were sad to leave . Diana ( the hostess) was the brightest part of the experience . This place is definitely a hidden gem worth staying at in the smokies
Our trip to the Spence house was a nightmare, however, Diane made our stay so enjoyable!! We saw a bear, deers, woodchucks and wild turkeys! My daughter loved sitting on the porch swing listening to the river and watching for lightning bugs, as well as the hot tub to soak in and relax. Diane directions for backroads made traveling to our events/attractions so simple!
We really enjoyed our stay! The place was super clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The front porch we spent a bunch of time on and the boys loved fishing and spending time in the river!
We enjoyed our stay at Spence Cove so much. Mrs. Diane made the stay even more enjoyable with her hospitality. We plan on visiting again in the summer! Beautiful area and very convenient location.
Diana was wonderful throughout our stay, and provided everything we needed. We spent our time fishing and swimming in the river, and enjoyed the porch. We are already planning a trip to return.
The house was just as beautiful as in the pictures. We had serene hours there away from the tourists. Very comfortable, all amenities we needed. Owner was available and helpful with any questions we had. Loved having a campfire and walking in the mountain. Hope to go back!
