About this property

Cooinda - Apollo Bay

Cooinda is a lovely three level beach house, close to the water, only 200 metres to the beach and 700 metres to the Apollo Bay shopping strip with a number of quality restaurants.

It is a spacious four bedroom house that can sleep up to ten people. The sleeping arrangements are:

Main Bedroom - Queen Bed with attached full en-suite on level one
Second Bedroom - Queen Bed at level two
Third Bedroom - Two single beds at level two
Fourth Bedroom - Two set of bunks on level one

You need to supply all of your own linen, e.g. sheets, towels and tea towels. Pillows, doonas, blankets are supplied.

There is a large outside deck on level three with filtered views of the water and fantastic views to Marriners Lookout. Also there is another deck at the rear of the house.

Cooinda is in a quiet court location with a large secure backyard.

Amazing place to live.

I stayed at Fred’s property with my family and absolutely loved the stay. There was nothing I could fault about the accommodation. We were lucky weather wise too and loved every moment spent there. Just one suggestion if at all, a clothes dryer and internet is always a plus point to have. More than happy to go back. The garden just amazing.

Wonderful house for a group of friends. House is in a great quiet position with a short walk to town, set in lovely gardens. Great verandahs at back and front of house with limited view of the sea. The house is spotless and well set up with everything you need including great kitchen facilities and equipment. Easy communication with the owner Fred and provides detailed information. Our second time to the house and hope to return.

House was spacious, clean, well appointed, everything you need supplied, comfortable bedding. Nice glimpses of the sea from the balcony. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars was no WiFi as 3 of the guests were from OS they relied on WiFi for their communication. Weather was changeable and on the hot nights fans in the bedrooms would have been appreciated. But overall a lovely house very affordable and we would recommend a holiday there as easy access to all the highlights of the Gr8 Ocean Rd. Thank you!

We stayed here with 4 adults and 3 kids. The setup was perfect for us. Having the 2 balconies and the back yard was great. Definitely would return and stay again. Only room for improvement would be to add a lock to the shared bathroom
