Great value Shellharbour holiday accommodation located in Shellharbour Village. This Beach house includes two living areas and is nice and close to the water.
This brilliant beach house sleeps up to 8 adults and 2 children. There is a King in the main, double plus single in the second, double plus single in the third and Queen in the fourth.
It also has 2 bathrooms, excellent kitchen with all the mod cons, stainless steel BBQ and outdoor setting, Large flat screen TV in the ground level living area.
The main bedroom upstairs has its own private living area with balcony and large flat screen TV.

All linen is supplied and beds will be made up for you prior to your arrival. Bath towels are provided for you too. Both TVs have separate Foxtel connections. Free WiFi is also provided for you.

This Shellharbour accommodation offer a relaxed beach house feel that is perfect for families looking to leave their stress at home and just sit back and enjoy the best of the NSW south coast.

The host was excellent and very quick to respond to inquiries and the house was great to stay at in an amazing location. Being just up the road from the beach is so nice as you can walk there anytime you want and is a very short distance from shops and restaurants so overall, would highly recommend to stay here.

Great Location, lovely property

There is no reason to look beyond this place if it is available. Fantastic property with all amenities and it is a hop, skip and jump away from the beach. The hosts are great and the entire booking and check out process was very smooth.

Great place to stay

We had a group of 8 adults the house was great lots of space well appointed kitchen, great location. From timing of enquiry, check in , check out all seamless no issues concerned. Will definitely book again and recommend to family and friends. Great to have a hassle free weekend and relaxing.

We rented this property as a family while we were in the area for wedding celebrations. It suited our needs perfectly, being superbly equipped and allowed us great “downtime” when we needed it, as well as unrushed prep time.

Enjoyed our stay. Had a few issues with amenities but property manager quickly fixed them. Great location close to sea pools, coffee shop, rock platforms and childrens playground. Beds comfy and nicely made. House could do with a good lick of paint and varnish. Overall good value for rental

Great location - property is perfect for comfort not asthetics

Great multi generational family holiday. This beauty is in a great location - walk to ocean pool, beach and local pub. The games room and ping pong were great to keep kids amused in wet weather. While the house isn't "pretty" it's built for comfort. Everyone can sit on a comfy lounge and fit around the table. Bedrooms a bit hot at night as not enough working fans available and the house needs some maintenance but we had a great time.

The property in a good location, the house is dirty, dusty and even they charge $200/- for linen change, I don't believe they changed the linen because, we slept on it ended up getting itchy. Then we used our own bed sheet and pillowcases etc. Definitely "I will give a 0 star for cleanliness. Please de clutter your home for some fresh air to breath in.

Perfect for us - 3 min walk to the beach front/pool and 8 min walk to Shellharbour shops. Take salt, pepper, oil, plastic wrap, sauce etc. as not provided. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location and set up

We were really happy with our choice to stay here. The house is very well set up for families with flexible sleeping arrangements and spaces for relaxing or playing games like the pool table in the games room. So close to the beach and beautiful area of Shellharbour sea pool and shops. Loved it.

Comfortable and convenient

Great experience, Felt very at home, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, we could easily live at this address! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, pools and beaches.

Perfect layout for a big family!

Location was amazing to the rock pools and walks. Park the car then everything is within walking distance. Shops, food, drinks. Property is well set out for large family or 2 families. Pool table was an added bonus. John made the booking and arrival process very easy.

Great location needs a good clean

Location is fantastic. Everything you'd need is provided for. As many older reviews on here suggest, the house really needs a good scrub. Many appliances I didn't use due to it being unclean. All it needs to make it worth the money asked is a really good clean not just a wipe over. Beds were very comfortable and clean. The washing machine and dryer are a great addition.

Wow what a place; this was our first time staying at this fantastic Beach house and won’t be our last. Only a few steps away from the beach and short walk to Shellharbour Village, there is nothing you need to bring or want for other than your food; for when staying here, everything has been supplied and thought of even down to the board games. Being in the travel industry myself I am always on the lookout for hot places to stay and I give Seahaven 5 stars for its location and amenities. My family and I will most definitely be back again. The property manager John was so helpful and easy to communicate with, Thank you John for making my first time to using a “stayz’ property easy

Wonderful weekend

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at the Seahaven. The property manager was so nice and very attentive to our needs. PROS: the house is in a GREAT location, within walking distance to the ocean pool and center of town, so that made it really convenient for us all - That's how it earned 4 stars. It also had beds for at least 10 people, if needed. The cable TV (with movies & music channels) was a great added feature as well. We also loved the little private sitting room attached to the main bedroom upstairs with the 2 balconies and the kitchen offered plenty of room for everyone to hang around with 2 big tables, 1 small table and lots of chairs. The games room in the back garage was a great feature as well. CONS: The house is a bit dated but it was fine for a casual stay. We found the linens were really clean and most of the common areas & bathrooms were fairly clean, but there was a lot of dust and cobwebs on the ceilings and corners and we killed a lot of spiders and cockroaches. Also, a few of the lightbulbs were either blown or not working properly. It just looks like it needs a really good scrub and to be sprayed for bugs. Other than that, it was fine. Nothing fancy, but suited our family for our long weekend visit to Shellharbour.

Good for a group

Our group of bowlers had a fun stay, enjoying the BBQ and back patio, plus the large dining tables. However, the main bathroom is very run-down, and a good clean would help the house greatly.

We also now have a different cleaner and a new process that ensures that cleaning will now be be of a consistently high standard.
