Jan Juc Beach House.

Located a short walk from Jan Juc and Torquay surf beaches, a golf course, shops and cafes, this stylish 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with ocean views, is the perfect place for a romantic escape or a relaxing holiday with family and friends.

The house is comfortably furnished throughout with all modern fittings. The house features a large open plan living area providing plenty of room for family groups. Airconditioning, central heating and an open fireplace ensure comfort at any time of year, while two outdoor living spaces draw you outside on warm nights and sunny mornings.

The house features a new 43 inch Smart TV, DVD Player, Foxtel (sport package) and WIFI (unlimited). There is a second TV with a DVD player in the fourth bedroom which is separate to the house.

The roomy house sleeps up to 10 people (6 adults max). The bedroom layout is as follows:

Bedroom 3: 2 x Bunk Beds (4 beds)
Bedroom 4: Double

Notes
1. Bedroom 4 is separate to the house with its own ensuite
2. Linen is available for $30 per person per stay

The large front garden is fully fenced and provides a good area for the kids to play. This perfect accommodation for golfers and surfers is so cozy that you may find that you don't have to leave the house at all.

The location was terrific the house was equiped well to cater for big Family,great wifi and tv lots of couches that were very comfortable and great airconditions. There are a few stairs when going between outdoor areas but overal lots of decks tofind a perfect spot. Highly recoomen jan juc beach its super close and not so croded.

Location was great. Quiet and close to everything. Disappointed at lack of any tea/coffee and soap anywhere in the house. Beds were comfortable but carpets are stained and taps in the shower dripped.

Hi Julie, Thank you for your feedback. We were unaware of the major stain on the carpet at the time of your stay. We have now replaced all carpets and dealt with the dripping shower. We have also taken the opportunity to freshen up the living area with some freash paint. I am sure the new couches, Foxtel and the unlimited Wifi would have made your stay a reasonable one. Wonderful house for a group getaway

We were a group of six friends and this house was great. Really spacious lounge room with plenty of seating, big dining table, lots of beds - everything we needed. We paid extra to have linen provided and that worked well. House is walking distance to the beach. It’s on a busy road but somehow road noise isn’t a problem. Plenty of parking. We had a really lovely time.

Great location and space for a group getaway

We loved the layout of the house with two different outdoor seating areas and space for our group inside too. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfy. Even though we were on the main road there wasn't any road noise. I would stay here again.

Overall an ok visit.

The house was fine but I don't think the cleaners do a very good job - when we went to use the oven it was quite dirty & there was left over baked food in it! Also, I think the front steps are an accident waiting to happen. At the least they need a handrail - the stones themselves are loose & uneven.

Good house for multiple noisy families, but not for a relaxing break

The pics make the house look set back, quiet and peaceful, but the reality was that we had to wear earplugs the whole week! The traffic noise was loud in every room. It didn’t bother the kids, but for people who need quiet to relax, do not recommend this house at all. Owners were not responsive to complaints. Really disappointing overall.

This is a great house. Comfortably acommodates two families. Large open living area and kitchen, room to move. Quite and private (even though on main road). Close to shops, beach and bike track. No fuss booking, everything in order.

Great property for two families to share. Plenty of seating both inside and out. 4th bedroom under the house great for two older teens to share. Did miss having a dishwasher and some road noise with location but generally a comfortable space.
