Remodeled Top Floor Maui Banyan 1-Bedroom Steps to Beach/Shops

The Maui Banyan complex has always been HOTEL-zoned (not apartment zoned).

This stylishly remodeled top floor unit (with elevator) has a well-equipped modern kitchen with granite counters, remodeled bathrooms, flat screen TV in living room and bedroom, and double-wide lanai (patio). This unit also has air conditioning in the bedroom (many Maui Banyan units do not have AC in this bedroom) as well as washer and dryer.

The Maui Banyan is located in the most desirable part of sunny South Kihei, and is just across the street from gorgeous Kamaole 2 Beach, a sandy swimming beach. There are many other great sandy swimming beaches within 1 mile, as well, and several are also in walking distance. There is a great selection of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Wailea Resort area, with many high-end resort hotels like the Four Seasons, starts less than 1 mile away. The Maui Banyan complex has 2 pool/spa recreation areas, lots of gas BBQs, complimentary tennis (we provide rackets), and lots of parking, both covered or uncovered.

Our units are highly upgraded, comfortable and clean. We supply lots of thoughtful extras to help make your stay on Maui as enjoyable as possible.

The bedroom AC was great, it was clean, and I would stay there again. The only issue would be (if I wasn’t alone) a lack of privacy. The inside doors are sliding and the bathroom door doesn’t latch or lock.

The property is so well maintained and the pools are so great. 1 bedroom is nice with a porch overlooking the property and with views of ocean and Haleakala. Air conditioning works really well ( loud but worth it) and fans are plentiful. We would come back.

Room was great, grounds were beautiful and enjoyed listening to the waterfall and watching the birds in the trees, pool area was always clean lots of chairs, barbecues were always meticulous. Would definitely recommend to friends and hopefully will be back.

Great Location on Maui

From Maui Banyan, it was easy to walk to a couple beaches, and variety of restaurants and shops. We easily drove to multiple attractions, and the main airport is less than 30 mins to the North. A room with a balcony offered us a nice view facing South.

Comfy stay, perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay here! The condo is very comfortable and both the living room and bedroom have access to the balcony which was really special. The kitchen is as big as it looks in the photos and had everything you could ever need. We appreciated the close proximity to the beach and the super short walk to the pool. Everything was great, and the host was quick to respond to our questions and was so kind and helpful! We are excited to book this spot again in the future!
